New house in wood frame on a private plot of 700 m2 with direct access to the sea. Stay with terrace and American kitchen, 2 rooms, toilet and room of bath on the ground floor, 2 rooms with balcony, a third room and room of water on the floor. Superb sea view! Direct access to the beach.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (possibility to assemble and make a large double bed). Upstairs there is 1 bedroom sea side with 1 large double bed (200 * 160) and 1 bed in mezzanine, 1 second sea side room with 2 bunk beds and 1 bed in mezzanine. The third bedroom upstairs offers 2 single beds and 1 cot.
On the ground floor, the bathroom offers 1 bath with shower (possibility to choose between rain shower, normal shower or jets) and 1 large vanity unit. There is 1 separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs there is 1 bathroom with 1 large shower (also with several choices), 1 small vanity unit, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
