The property sits right on the Park City Mountain Resort giving you quick access to the slopes. You will also be within walking distances to many restaurants, shopping, Starbucks and so much more. The bus stop for the free bus is just a few steps from your door. The bus system can get you just about anywhere in the area — Deer Valley, Historic Park City and Kimball Junction.

There are 1,352 square feet, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with in this single level condominium. Up to six guests can be accommodated in comfort.

When you enter the property, you will be in the welcoming main living area with the kitchen, living room, and a dining area.

Living Room: Cozy mountain contemporary furnishings surrounding a gas stone fireplace, a Smart TV round out this room's furnishings. For added warmth, there's a new wall heater. Step out onto the adjacent deck to enjoy the fresh air and wooded views.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack at the convenient kitchen bar with seating for four.

Dining Room: Have your meals and great conversation in the dining area with seating for six, along with the extra seating at the kitchen bar.

Great location. A pit pricey (and then charge you to use the washer and dryer) which is petty. Who walks around with quarters? Otherwise, great stay.

Great Place

Easy access to mountain; great storage for skis and ski in/out by Eagle lift. On second floor with elevator; has easy parking in basement (covered ) -- with trolleys for luggage and groceries. Great appliances and kitchen. King, Queen and two twins with additional pull out sofa bed -- lots of room for 4 of us -- teenage kids liked their own rooms. Beds are extra soft with topper. Place worked great for us. Is a bit dated in terms of decor with carpeting -- but a fantastic base for amazing skiing.
