Cozy Luxe Condo in the Aspens, Just steps to Park City Mt. Resort slopes!
This perfect winter retreat is nestled in an aspen grove on quiet Crescent Road adjoining Park City Mountain Village base. Only ~2-3 minutes easy walk (~200 yards) to the end of our road is the edge of CB's run, where you can step into your skis or board and the First Time/3 Kings lift base is just a slight downhill (10 seconds) ski away (check out video & photos that include maps and diagrams that show perspective). Silver Star lift base is a ~7 minutes walk (<600 yards) in the other direction towards the entrance of our road, and includes a a ski rental shop and the Silver Star Café, a restaurant open for weekday lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner nightly, with take-out available. (note: Silver Star lift opens mid-winter, when snow conditions permit.)
If you're not skiing/boarding at the (walkable) Park City Mountain Village base area, Park City's Canyons Village base is 10 minutes away by car, as is Deer Valley (skiers only, Ikon Pass). Cottonwood Canyon resorts (Snowbird, Alta (skiers only), Brighton, Solitude), which all utilize Ikon Passes, are each around 50-55 minutes by car. Snowbasin (also Ikon) is just over one hour away by car.
Only minutes away is Park City's historic Main Street with its shops, bars and restaurants. Why drive to Main Street and hassle with parking? A stop for Park City Transit's free bus system is 4 minutes walk from the condo on Three Kings Drive. Buses run every 20 min. from 7AM-11PM. Route 2 (Green) loops first to the Park City Mountain Village base, then to the Transit Center at the base of Main Street, continuing on to the Deer Valley base. Route 3 (Blue) is the return route. If walking is your thing, a walk to Main Street is 15-20 minutes. Uber and Lyft both operate in PC. From the condo, the closest grocery stores and liquor store are a close 3 min. drive.
Our kitchen has lots of cabinet storage and is well equipped with everything you might have available at home; appliances are all full size and arranged for your convenience with a counter (seats 3) available for casual dining. A large open great room (family, dining and kitchen) makes up the main floor that has windows on three sides facing a beautiful aspen grove. (Check out photos!) The main dining area seats six, and three more can be seated at the counter. Outside against the aspens, a big open summer deck with a BBQ and a smaller covered deck await.
The family room is open and spacious, and includes a large surround soft leather sofa (seats 5-6 adults comfortably) plus two comfy chairs, all with foot stools and all arranged around a cozy natural gas fireplace and 75 inch 4K flatscreen above-mantel Smart TV. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Apple+, HBO Max, Paramount+ (includes Showtime) are available for complementary streaming. Also included are Xfinity X1 HD cable box/DVR with voice remote and a DVD player.
Both bedrooms have flat screen wall-mounted 4K Smart TVs. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed. (bottom bunk is full size, top bunk is twin). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with separate single vanities. The primary bedroom has large tiled shower w/bench and a Toto Washlet. The 2nd bathroom has a tiled shower/deep tub combination.
Note: Bath towel counts are based on reservation person count. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in our unit at no charge—laundry soap & dryer sheets are furnished. There are no housekeeping services during your stay.
For those who wish to squeeze in two more (total of eight) guests, we also have on hand a queen-size Aerobed-type mattress that can be set up in the family/dining room for sleeping. Since there are three full bathrooms, even those extra guests can have their own. (Charge for each guest > 6 = $10 per day due to laundry charges). A Pack n' Play and high chair are also on hand if you have a little one with you.

This vacation getaway has been in our family since the Crescent Ridge Condos were built in 1972. We live only 30 minutes away in Salt Lake, and rent it out only during the ski season. We escape to the solitude of the condo often during the rest of the year.
