Town house with enclosed garden at the back of the house, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, separate toilet, upstairs two bedrooms with double bed. Possibility of parking in front of the house. The house is close to downtown and all amenities, shops, restaurants etc ... within walking distance. Hiking, biking are possible along the river "La Rance", and Dinan is a small medieval town, located 15/20 minutes from the Emerald Coast (St Malo, Dinard, etc ...)
