STA2*** 6 minutes to Palais des Congrès and 200m from the sea. Ideal for CONGRES
In the heart of Old Cannes, in a pedestrian zone, in the historic district of Suquet, in a building of the seventeenth century is a small air-conditioned apartment of 2 rooms (36 m2) located on the 1st floor.
The sea and the beaches are nearby. The Palace of the Festival and Congress 6 minutes walk. At 60m are a public parking garage and the Forville Market and shops of the Rue d'Antibes.
The apartment has 2 non-partitioned rooms. The first official parlor room and the second bedroom with a 2 beds (80/200), TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Several small appliances are available such as toaster, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine (take your capsules) boiler, etc.
The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet.
WIFI is available for computer. Code 06400 12345
Nice airport is connected to Cannes by a direct bus (40 minutes) whose terminal is 10 minutes from the apartment, as well as taxis. (04 93 68 44 41).
