Ground level has den with beds, and 2 car garage. Second level includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, half-bath and laundry room. Third level has three bedrooms and two full baths! Covered porches/balconies on every level.

Located on the bay side of 7th Street. Short walk to the beach & boardwalk! Park the car, and keep it there all week. Many activities are within walking distance!

Another great stay!

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we truly enjoyed it. Lots of space for everyone to sit and a hang out and a prize location for going to local bars/beach.

Photos don't do it justice!

This property was absolutely beautiful. The photos listing it are pretty but they really don't do it any justice. It was super spacious and fit my family of 14 people very comfortably. We were there to celebrate my mom's 78th birthday and I couldn't have chosen any better. Dawn was easy to reach and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely book here again. Great spot

Great house in a great location! Just a few minutes' walk from the beach, with tons of space - three stories, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a comfortable living room and kitchen setup that made it feel like a real home base for the weekend.That said, for the price point (very high for the area), a few things felt unnecessarily inconvenient. We arrived excited to kick things off, but had to make our own beds by matching linens to rooms ("does this seem like a double sheet? or a queen sheet?"), and found no trash bags or basic toiletries like soap or shampoo ("we can't go to the beach until we go to CVS for soap, be back in 30 minutes"). No beach towels either - ended up renting towels for 10 people for 2 days, which was like 150 and something that could've been avoided if the house just stocked a dozen cheap ones from Amazon for all of its year-round guests to use. While looking back, it was mentioned ahead of time in the description, it still felt a little surprising for a very high-end rental. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend the house—but a few small touches could make the experience feel much more welcoming right from the start. Know that some of your stay will be BYO!

House was big, def the higher end price point, a lot of little things that should be addressed for the money charged, no exhaust fans in any bathroom were working, no bedrooms have a tv, not even the master, one of the bathrooms above the garage had a leak at one point in the garage ceiling, there was a hole in the garage ceiling along with mold, lastly the check in process was pretty unsafe, key under the mat?, most properties now a days have digital access. Lastly they were not many ceiling lights, so their were lost of lamps, strangely have were either unplugged and or missing light bulbs. Overalll has was clean but for the money they charged I wouldn’t rent again

Great Location and Overall Very Nice House!

AC filter was extremely dirty, bought new one and put in Not correct return system for AC unit, filter falling into unit. Kitchen counter and cooktop had food crumbs and grease still on it Cooktop hood does not work Dirty pans were put away in cabinet Very old and hard corn dog was found under some ones bed. Those were the only negatives. Everything else with the house was great.

Great Stay!!

I stayed with a big group of friends and the place gave us more than enough room for everyone! The location was within walking distance to the beach and plenty of bars/restaurants. I would highly recommend.

A happy Mini vacation

My friends and I chose this house for a summer extended weekend getaway and it was everything we hoped for and more! The house was big with so many rooms and sleeping options. Every room was so clean, nice and cozy. We loved the kitchen so much we cooked most of our meals home instead of going out to restaurants. The location was perfect only an Uber away from bars and only a short short walk to the beach and boardwalk. 10/10 would recommend this place to a group of friends or a family! We will certainly be looking for this house again in years to come.

Fantastic house and location for a beach trip!

Came down with a large group (16 people) for a bachelor party weekend, and the house was perfect even for a group of our size. Everything was very nicely kept and clean for our stay. The location was fantastic, just three blocks from the beach. Highly recommend this property if you have a group or family trip to OC, MD!

Dawn was able to accommodate my family for a last minute getaway. Great communication and straightforward instructions. Beautiful property. 3 block to the beach/ boardwalk one way. The other direction you have the bay. Quiet side of OC which was preferred for my 2 1/2 year old twins and mother. I will definitely book again!
