The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchenette, loggia with washer and dryer, 3 terraces (2 terraces overlooking the sea and 1 overlooking green areas and hills, this terrace has barbecue on site for roasts ), 1 parking.
The Costamai Condominium is located in Maitencillo, Valparaíso, Chile. It has 24 hour security, tennis and soccer fields, swimming pool, games for children, parking lots and green areas.
You can walk down to the beach from the condominium. You can also walk to buy fresh fish from the fisherman's cove and from restaurants.

Beautiful view and location
Very nice unit with a wonderful view and location. Owner was very helpful remedying a few problems that popped up. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
