Town House in the historic town of Tarascon
Historic town house in the center of Tarascon. A courtyard (share with the owner) and a private terrace.
The terrace is quiet and 100% not overlooked on the first floor with entrance directly into the kitchen.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. A large living room with fireplace. On the second floor 3 bedrooms with double beds.
The house is on the first and second floor therefore to avoid for people with reduced mobility.
I live in the studio on the ground floor, completely independent.
Tarascon is ideally located:
Nimes 30 min, Saint Remy de Provence and the Alpilles 15 min, Avignon 20 min, Arles 20 min, Saintes Maries of the sea 40 min, Pont du Gard 20 min
