Chateau On The Ridge 408 is a great family-friendly top floor vacation rental home with a loft with excellent ski access situated between Perfection and Hummingbird ski runs. This renovated condo has three TVs and is situated close to the village center. The vaulted, high ceiling gives a very spacious and bright feel to the room, and the window at the back looks out onto Hummingbird Ski Run, chairlifts below, and Monashee Mountain ranges into the distance. The kitchen is well equipped and part of the kitchen counter doubles up as a breakfast bar. Opposite the kitchen is the dining area, with a round, wooden dining table. The living room is made up of a sectional centered around a coffee table, facing a TV mounted on the wall. Take advantage of the shared hot tub available!
To ski out, head down the three flights of stairs to the locker room, pick up your gear and step on the ski run from the Chateau on the Ridge's rear entrance. You are on Hummingbird, this trail leads to the Plaza, Snow Ghost, and Ridge Rocket Express chairlifts. To get home for lunch or at the end of the day, you can either come down through the Village Center and Hummingbird to the rear entrance or come down Perfection and peel off to the left after the North Complex to the rear entrance.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not operational.
There is no elevator in this building.
The hot tub is only open during ski season.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
