This two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers not only a front row seat to NSB's blue waters, but also provides plenty of space for you and your family to stretch out and relax.

When you enter your home away from home you'll be instantly charmed by the condo's cozy cottage feel, custom finishes, and rustic wood tile flooring throughout. The kitchen will instantly intrigue you with its detailed cabinetry that reminds one of a French masterpiece in a high end museum. Grey and sand toned tile backsplash contrast perfectly against the artistic cabinets creating a European villa feel. Both your aesthetic and practical needs are met in this fully stocked kitchen; cooking utensils, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, a Ninja blender, and more are provided for your use.

Situated between the kitchen and living room you'll find the dining room's wood table and six chairs. Enjoy all of your meals surrounded by charming, antique décor and the unbeatable view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Wondering where you will spend all of your R&R time?! Divide your relaxation time between the balcony that provides comfortable furnishings and a breathtaking, outdoor view, and the living room that boasts of a plush couch, a cozy recliner, and a picturesque ocean scene from the sliding glass view. This room also provides sleeping for two thanks to the queen murphy cabinet bed. In between the hours spent on New Smyrna's shores, you'll find yourself retreating to the living room to doze off to the sounds of your favorite show on the flat-screen TV (Blu-Ray player included!).

Catch up on some much needed Z's and enjoy a full 8 hours rest in the master bedroom's queen-size bed. You'll love ending your beach-filled days under the soft bed covers with a movie on the primary's flat screen TV. Ditch the alarm clock and let New Smyrna's famous sunrise over the waters be your wake-up call; the primary bedroom provides a private balcony entrance so you can watch the morning splendor from the comfort of your bed. This bedroom provides a primary bathroom with a walk-in shower and also adjoins to a second bathroom that provides a standard tub.Those who stay in the guest bedroom will find that it offers two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of space for personals.

This condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet and cable TV provided.

About Oceania Plaza

Oceania Plaza is an oceanfront complex that's walking distance from popular dining and shopping on Flagler Avenue. This complex boasts of a sundeck and pool, which is heated during the winter months, located directly on the beautiful Central Atlantic coastline. With lounge chairs lining the pool deck, and permanent dining tables surrounded by a small green lawn facing the ocean, you can choose to bask in the warm Florida sun around the pool or take your meals picnic style as you watch the waves roll in.

Each unit at Oceania Plaza provides expansive beach and ocean views. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen. Coin operated laundry facilities are located within the complex. Located on the driving portion of the beach, the open beach provides plenty of room to enjoy long walks, shell hunting, sand castle building, and games of catch. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. You will also find a small arcade and a computer available for printing in the recreation room.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
