Nestled in the heart of an adorable village in the Drôme Provençale (5 minutes from GRIGNAN, 15 minutes from St Paul 3 Chtx, 20 minutes from Montélimar), our recent villa is located in a small green area at the foot of the rock of the virgin.
It has a panoramic view of the Lance, Grignan, Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail ... and for nature lovers, many hiking trails start from the house.
We hope you enjoy your stay and enjoy the charm, comfort and serenity of this place as much as we appreciate it on a daily basis!

Our villa has 4 bedrooms (1 new bed 160, 1 sofa BZ mattress latex 140, 1 bed new bultex 140, 1 bunk beds mattresses recent), 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom, 2 wc and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Our villa is air conditioned by a refreshing floor, very pleasant in hot weather.
It also has a large living room of 70 M2 including a kitchen open a dining room and a living room.

Appliances: LL, SL, LV, Nespresso, coffee maker, robot, oven, induction, American fridge ...

A very nice terrace at the end of the day, overlooking a magnificent panorama ..
On the other side, a second terrace more shaded and in an intimate setting opens onto the pool.
A plancha is available.
The pool is secured by a bar cover and a removable barrier if needed.
