We hebben hier een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Contact met receptie was gemakkelijk, er werd snel en prettig via WhatsApp gereageerd. Mooi huis op een fantastische locatie.
Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft mit Boot und 2 Hunden.
Das Haus ist groß und der Garten gleicht einem riesigen Olivenhain. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass auch mal die Hunde alleine bleiben können....einfach perfekt.
Es sind wirklich nur ein paar Treppenstufen zum Strand.
Jetzt mit neuen Bädern ist das Haus echt super. Das Auto kann sicher unter einem Carport geparkt werden, da ja Hagel am Lago keine Seltenheit ist!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder. Wer fragen hat wegen Boje usw., kann uns gerne kontaktieren (Email: spagatto@web.de). Das mussten wir alles vorher selber herausfinden.
Prachtige locatie .. uniek ..jammer van achterstallig onderhoud
De plek is uniek .. met veel privacy en veel ruimte .
Jammer dat bij aankomst blijkt dat het gras enkelhoog staat en toilet niet doorspoelt .
E.e.a t.g.v achterstallig onderhoud en gedateerde badkamers .
De plek en uitzicht maakt veel goed, maar echt jammer van st mooie huis met prachtig uitzicht en ruimte voor 8 personen

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen in einem Olivenhain. Sehr schönes Haus mit Blick auf den See. Zum Wasser sind es nur ein paar Stufen. Valeria ist sehr hilfsbereit!

Sehr schöne und weiträumige Anlage, traumhafte Lage und toller Blick auf den See.
Alles sehr sauber und größtenteils modern und neu eingerichtet.
Lediglich die Terrasse und die Bäder könnten eine kleine Renovierung gut vertragen.

Erholsame Tage in ruhiger Umgebung
Das Haus ist sehr schön, auf einem Großen Grundstück umgeben von Olivenbäumen gelegen. Die Unterkunft ist im Wohn- und Schlafbereich modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Badezimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Außenbereich (Terrasse) hat noch Steigerungspotenzial. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt.

Casa rafaella, wat een fantastische plek
De villa heeft een perfecte ligging met een fantastisch uitzicht. Service is uitstekend. De foto's in de brochure doen de villa echt te kort. Rondom het hele huis en vanuit het zwembad heb je fraai uitzicht over het Gardameer.Totale privacy en rust met een omheinde veilige 100 x 100 mtr tuin incl. olijfbomen boomgaard.
Boulevard, strand en restaurantjes zijn binnen 10 minuten lopend te bereiken. Het huis is heel ruim. De badkamers zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe.
Voor volwassenen en kinderen een perfect huis.

Geweldige villa vlakbij het meer en op loopafstand van haven en dorpscentrum
We hebben genoten van de mooie plek midden in een olijfboomgaard met prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Daar ben je na max 50 m lopen (trap af). We zeggen het niet vaak, maar hier komen we nog wel eens terug. De airco is fijn en verder heeft het alles dat je nodig hebt. Badkamers ogen wat ouderwets. Rest is modern ingericht op n klassieke basis. Schoon.
Gelijkvloers. Traliewerk zie je eigenlijk niet meer als je er bent. Prima fris zwembad. Moniga heeft een leuke markt, paar restaurants in haven en centrum (Magher voor authetiek eten). Met de veerdienst naar Sirmione! Van de camping merk je hoogstens wat muziek vroeg in de avond. Zeer aan te bevelen plek!

A well appointed house with a stunning location
This house exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful holiday. Having stayed previously at several "owner rented" properties you come to expect the good with the not so good. But this property was outstanding in all regards. A modern bungalow purpose built for this fantastic location with open views across the lake and a large quiet garden with beautiful olive trees. Inside the house is fitted out to a very high standard with high quality furniture and a striking kitchen. Not the standard rental ikea you get in most properties. Just a 10 minute walk along the lakeside promenade to the charming local harbour with a selection of restaurants for all tastes. Overall highly recommended. And yes, the window bars are ugly but you soon get over them!

Perfekte Unterkunft
Waren mit Kind und Hund unterwegs. Die Unterkunft ist von Küche bis Bad sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man zum Leben braucht befindet sich in der Nähe. Ankunft ist vom Vermieter perfekt vorbereitet. Wir können nur lobende Worte finden und das Objekt weiter empfehlen. Schade, dass wir nur 1 Woche bleiben konnten, kommen gerne wieder

So schön wie die eigenen vier Wände...
Das Haus ist wirklich groß und der Garten gleicht einem riesigen Olivenhain. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderbar und hinunter bis zum Wasser sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.Dort kann man eine Promenade entlang laufen, vorbei am Hafen von Moniga und zahlreichen Bars und einigen Restaurants, bis zum Nachbarort Manerba. Ein Tretboot- und Sonnenliegenverleih ist gleich um die Ecke.
Vom Haus in die Stadtmitte sind es etwa 10 Gehminuten. Oben finden sich Restaurants, Eisdielen, ein kleiner (teurer) Supermarkt (viele andere sind mit dem Auto aber in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen) sowie einige andere kleinere Geschäfte. Montags gibt es in Moniga auf dem Platz hinter dem Rathaus einen Markt.
Sehr empfehlen können wir das Restaurant "la dogana" direkt gegenüber vom Rathaus. Hier gibt es leckeres, preiswertes Essen.
Zum Haus selbst: Alles entspricht eigentlich der Beschreibung des Anbieters. Das wirklich einzige was wir bemängeln möchten ist, dass vor unserer Ankunft kein richtiger "Frühjahrsputz" gemacht wurde. Wir waren vermutlich die ersten Gäste zu Beginn der neuen Saison und mussten daher einige Spinnweben und Insekten im Haus in Kauf nehmen.

Don't judge a book by the cover! A spacious home in superb location
Casa Raffaella is a very spacious and comfortable holiday home . The somewhat austere concrete construction is not enhanced by the substantial window bars but the setting in a large garden of olive trees with magnificent lake views across to the Sirmione peninsular and the well kept pool more than compensate .
The villa was very clean and well equipped.The mattresses were firm and of good quality. The two bathrooms are rather dated but perfectly acceptable in a holiday home .The kitchen has been refurbished and the good size fridge freezer very useful as we prefer to eat in mainly. A patio door opens from the kitchen to a shaded area which is a superb place to eat looking out over the lake . The brick barbecue is a great feature .
It is unusual coming from the UK to not have an oven in the kitchen but with fish and meat being cheaper locally it was easy to use the hob frying these.
There is a slight inconvenience in that the electric ring main ,puzzlingly, cannot cope with multiple appliances and easily trips out requiring it to be switched on again at the main box located outside down a few steps next to the kitchen door.
The garden does not directly lead to the lake as it is slightly elevated above a concealed narrow strip of foreshore which forms part of the neighbouring large holiday park with its many camper vans , chalets etc . It should be stressed that despite its size it did not unduly disturb our privacy .
A gate from the garden leads directly on to a public path giving access to a stony beach and a lakeside promenade offering a delightful walk to the small harbour and restaurants .
All in all the villa is wonderful retreat from the bustle of Lake Garda and we would love to return .

Very nice Villa, great location
Very nice villa with lake view. Location very good, near supermarkets and town centre. Villa is good size, pool not huge but big enough for kids to have fun. Huge grounds. Very private. We had a wonderful holiday.
