Luxury Hot Tub, Steam Bath, Game Room, Stone Fireplaces, Fire pit. 
The pet-friendly Funhouse is a large ski chalet approximately 400-steps to the Road Runner ski trail down to the Tempest lifts in one direction. Alternatively, take a 5 min jaunt on the path over the footbridge to South Ridge Lodge, the 6-person Chondola ski lift, the Foggy Goggle apres-ski bar, ski rentals, and the Mountain Grocer in the other direction.
The chef's kitchen offers a 5-burner stove, griddle, two ovens, gourmet spices, 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks, Le Creuset cookware, and dinnerware for up to 30 people.
A twelve-stool breakfast bar wraps the kitchen and is flanked by a 65" flat-screen TV.
The great room features a towering stone fireplace surrounded by a wall of windows and a massive couch to cozy into for long chats around a blazing fire. 
The stone-walled dining room features a large walnut table, fireplace, and designer lighting.  
The downstairs game room is surrounded by sports memorabilia and offers cozy seating and a large smart TV. The arcade games include Big Buck Hunter, Golden Tee Golf, and Ms. PacMan. A second refrigerator off from the game room is perfect for filling with your favorite Maine craft brews.   
The PlayStation-powered Kids Cave is the perfect spot for the kids to be as rambunctious as they wish. 
The master bedroom features a two-person steam room and a private bathroom.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a lofted hallway overlooking the great room. There are two bunk rooms off from the game room supported by a full bathroom.  
The boot room includes a custom boot and mitten dryer and a 1/2 bathroom and exits onto a large deck with a top-of-the-line hot tub. The hot tub is serviced by a certified OPL technician before and after every guest's arrival. A fire pit and small side yard are just off the deck, a perfect spot to set up a corn hole tournament.

We were 4 families on a Sunday River Christmas Break ski vacation. House was perfect. Downhill walk to Roadrunner and strap on the boards. So many sleeping combinations. Kitchen is amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace apres ski. Amanda was fantastic. She reached out often and responded to messages immediately. Check-in process was very easy. Highly recommend.

This beautiful house was the perfect setting for our family reunion. We loved the cabin feel, the spacious kitchen, the downstairs arcade, the hot tub, and the bunk rooms for the kids. Attended a wedding in Bethel and had 15 family members from ages 5-82! We were able to hike and play outside and when it rained for two days, we all had time and space to occupy ourselves in the home! Great place to stay and enjoy yourselves!

We love Sunday River. This house is fantastic for anyone looking for a place to accommodate multiple families with people of all ages. The game room is great for kids (& adults), while the main level is perfect for adults to hang out, and the hot tub is ideal after a long day of skiing. The walk to the roadrunner trail is an easy 3-4 minutes. Would undoubtedly stay here again.

Amazing property!

Beautiful house, short walk to slopes. Our group was six adults and seven teens. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds comfortable and house was very clean. We enjoyed the huge comfy couch by the fireplace and the hot tub was a big hit! Communication with host was quick and easy, there were no issues at all with any part of the stay! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could, it’s an incredible place!

Becoming a Tradition

This was the second year in a row our (large) family has made the trip up to stay at this property near Sunday River. We have every intent to continue this moving forward as well. The property has all the amenities and access for a group with or without children to enjoy Western Maine.
