Ideal On The Beach

Super apartment people watching from the balcony 1st floor above restuarants overlooking beach. Great to sit there with a glass of wine just looking out to sea listening to waves. We will be back

Disappointed

When we arrived we were shown the wrong apartment.Then we had to take the suitcases down the stairs again.We were then met by the owner who then took us back up the stairs to another apartment which was in need of a refresh both the walls and furniture.When my wife asked about the washing machine the owner could not get away fast enough.We had to fix the tv .Flat in good position but needs renovation.Never heard or saw the owner the whole month we were there .

Fantastic apartment...location, location, location

Bright, airy and spacious apartment with a big balcony, photos dont do it justice. It is in the best location as it is so central. We didnt find it to be noisy in the day or evening at all, lots of people milling about but not rowdy, just perfect. You look across the road to the beach and sea, plus you have restaurants right on your doorstep. Plus zara and main shopping street is a 3 minute walk. This is the best view and location I have experienced in las americas, and so will definitely be back. Also communications with the owner were open and quick. Thanks again, Janey

Beautiful sea views great location

Located right on Playa La Vista beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Clean with plenty of towels and bed linen. Beach is 2 minutes from apartment. Beach and street cleaning starts very early so can be a little noisy for a short while. Restaurants are right underneath apartment but we didn't find this too much of a problem and it quietened down early enough - we were there Feb/March. Definately recommend this apartment. Welcome bottle of Cava was a lovely touch.

Great central location with promenade, beach and sea views

Centrally positioned flat which is very secure and with lovely views of the promenade, beach and sea. A soothing lovelyness of the sound of the waves on the beach at night and in the morning are awesome. A lovely terrace and windows that open fully to allow a cool beach breeze to circulate the place. The flat has everything you need to support any occasion. Dining table, fully equipped kitchen, kettle, crockery, everything! Even a dish washer (never used)? There are electric fans in the flat, however air conditioning would be a great addition as the flat is beautifully positioned to pick up the sun from morning through til night! A top quality WiFi would also be a great addition to this flat too to support modern life and to reduce the data usage from your contract. However, the flat has a great collection of books to read whilst sipping a cold Gin & Tonic and watching the World go by on the sunny balcony. The flat has a good shower and bath. The large double bedroom is spacious with lots of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. The bed is large and comfortable too. We had a lovely cold bottle of cava and water in the fridge on our arrival which was a nice touch. All in all, we enjoyed the location of this flat and with the gated entrance felt totally secure. Thank you.

Perfect location . Everything we needed was in the apartment.

Couldnt have wished for a better location of this great flat . Across the promenade fron the beach ...perfect ! Not one for eating in, but if we had of wanted to there was everything you would need to cook a meal ......was just absolutely perfect for us ...loved it .Some many places to eat especially The Sun King didnt need to cook myself .😎

Excellent Apartment Right on the Front

Excellent few days right on the front at Playa Las Vista, which is our favourite beach in Tenerife.. A few minutes walk into either Playa de las Americas one way, or Los Cristianos the other. Although its very busy during the day, it quietens down early evening and we weren't disturbed at all.

Great Location

The location is about as good as it gets. Previous reviews said how if you enjoy people watching you won't find anywhere better. Sitting out on the balcony at all times of day there was something interesting going on to look at. Very secure and we felt safe. We liked it here and will book again.

Assolutamente perfetto.

Appartamento molto curato, ben arredato e completo di tutto quello che potrebbe servirvi durante il soggiorno...insomma vi sentirete a casa! La vista sull'oceano che potrete vedere da ogni finestra della casa e dal terrazzino è semplicemente mozzafiato. Le piccole accortezze ricevute all'arrivo (come la bottiglia di spumante e la frutta fresca etc...) ci hanno fatto sentire come 2 bambini a Natale, sono state inaspettate e davvero molto gradite! Nell'appartamento sono presenti lavatrice con programma veloce, lavastoviglie, piatti, bicchieri, pentole, bollitori, ombrellone, stendino, phon, cassaforte, persino i condimenti (olio, aceto, sale) e il caffè! Anche la posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta, a pochi passi troverete il mercadona(supermenrcato economico), los cristianos e las americas per ristoranti e movida, mentre per le migliori spiagge del litorale dovrete solo scendere le scale e attraversare il paseo!!! Non riesco a trovare un solo motivo per il quale non dovreste scegliere questo appartamento, è davvero perfetto in tutto per trascorrere una vacanza senza stress e inoltre i proprietari sono disponibili e sanno davvero come farvi sentire coccolati! Un grazie davvero enorme a Monica, Daniele e Nina! Sicuramente sceglierei ancora questo appartamento se dovessi tornare a Tenerife.

Well located, good value property.

The apartment is well appointed with a good size double bedroom containing a comfortable king size bed, with side tables and lights. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and contains a washing machine. The living space is open plan with a three seater sofa and small dining table with three chairs. There is also a flat screen tv and DVD player. The kitchen has an electric hob, sink, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher but lacks a conventional oven. There is, however, a microwave oven and toaster. The small patio is a real sun trap. It is accessed either from the living area or bedroom and overlooks the promenade, restaurants and beach to the front of the property. There is a two seat patio set which is great for having a relaxed breakfast whilst watching the area slowly coming to life. On arrival the owners had provided some fruit, a bottle of cava and 2 t-shirts which was a nice touch. If you want everything on your doorstep then this is the property for you. The beach is just the other side of the promenade; restaurants, bars and shops are all close too. This is a people watchers paradise. There is always something going on from organised entertainment in the bars, through street entertainers displaying their skills and on to “looky looky” men peddling their wares. If you prefer the quiet life this may not be the place for you. However, if you like to be in the mix, then this apartment ticks all the boxes. Enjoy!

Great seaside apartment!

La Nina Los cristianos

Fantastic sea and beach facing apartment. Everything you needed for a relaxing week. Right in the heart of resort with plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable. and bonus was the water, wine and bowl of fruit left for us. (How thoughtful). English speaking channels on TV. Margaret and John Reeder

Great location!

It's been a pleasure to stay there. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. 2 mins to the beach. 3 minutes to shopping centre and stores. Restaurants and mcdonalds 20m from it :) fantastic view on the promenade and the beach. Condition of the flat is OK and the price is very attractive so can't say a bad word about it. Young couple mid 20s. We've enjoyed our stay. Thanks

vacanze bellissime.

Trovato tutto quanto quello contenuto nell' annuncio. Ottimo il benvenuto. Appartamento pulito e ben arredato con tutti i confort. Posizione invidiabile, fatti pochi gradini potevi scegliere se a sinistra la spiaggia di Los Cristianos o Las Americas a destra. Nelle vicinanze tutti negozi che uno desidera e decine di ristoranti per tutti i gusti e tasche. Lo consiglio vivamente, ma soprattutto spero di poterci tornare.

Una finestra sull'oceano....

L'appartamento anche se piccolo, molto funzionale. Posizione eccezionale per chi ama andare in spiaggia senza dover prendere la vettura. Inoltre situato vicinissimo alle vie principali della movida e dei negozi più belli di Las Americas. Addormentarsi con il balcone aperto e risvegliarsi sentendo il rumore dell'onda del mare è veramente piacevole ed unico. Anche se situato nel pieno centro di una piazzetta molto movimentata sia di giorno che di notte, ad un certo punto della sera tutto improvvisamente tace e rimane solo il rumore dell'onda del mare che pare entri fin dentro casa! E quanto ci si risveglia (per me molto presto) è bello affacciarsi sulla terrazza ed ammirare la spiaggia ancora deserta, scendere sotto ed andare a correre sulla spiaggia in attesa che il sole sorga. Vedere le prime persone che iniziano a popolare la spiaggia e pian piano sempre più piena...ora la vacanza è appena terminata e tutto questo mi manca...spero un giorno di ritornarci...ringrazio Daniele e Milena per la loro cordialità e soprattutto per la loro disponibilità a risolvere ogni problema o dubbio sopraggiunto.

Ottima vacanza

Ottima locazione, direttamente sul mare, e vicino a negozi e locali, non serve l'auto, perfetta per le famiglie. Proprietario gentile e simpatico. Penso proprio che ci tornerò il prossimo anno. Due adulti e due bambini.
