A 3 het alatt egyszer sem volt takaritas . ha ezek a feltetelek valtoznak, kicsit valtoztat a tulajdonos a felszereltsegen(pl.kavefozo sincs) akkor szivesen visszamegyunk. Alattunk vegig epitkezes is volt, de errol a tulajdonos nem tehet.
