Charming villa located in DESHAIES, 5 minutes walk from Leroux beach. Beautiful sea view on the island of Montserrat
Area of the villa: 160m²
Garden area: 1000 m² closed and closed by an automatic gate, parking.
This villa centered around a large living room which serves 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite with dressing room, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
You will find another bathroom, 1 independent WC, 1 kitchen and pantry, 1 large outdoor terrace and 1 private pool. This house, without any vis-à-vis opens on a beautiful tropical garden. A gas barbecue is available on the terrace.
You will enjoy the terrace, main room of the house where you will take your meals and you will relax in the sofas and hammock.
Rooms are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets. Bed linen and shower sheets are provided. Among other amenities, you will find hair dryers in the bathrooms and a safe.
The kitchen very well equipped. A washing machine is at your disposal.
The house has internet access allowing you to access WIFI and television.
To be nice, a welcome basket is offered, allowing you to enjoy a first drink at the pool on arrival.
Cleaning is obligatory with a supplement of 100 € to be paid at the end of the stay.

Peace in the tropics, view of the ocean, minutes to everything.

If you are reading this commentary in English, appreciate that you are going to a very French island, where you will be surrounded by the French language and population -- Fantastic! This villa is ideally situated on the island of Basse-Terre. You can get here from the airport in 45 minutes or, if you make the trip on a busy Monday morning, perhaps 90 minutes. It is about 10 minutes south of the town of Deshaies, where there is a concentration of waterfront restaurants, a patisserie, a wine shop and grocery shops, a Botanical Garden with a shockingly good restaurant, and two great beaches. The local village, Ferry, has a patisserie that is a 2-minute drive -- and its own gem of a beach (our favorite) that is a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute walk. So, one could exist for a week and never drive more than 15 minutes, or take advantage of the location for easy explorations of the entire island. The villa is at the end of a quiet (except for the roosters) cul de sac up the hill from the coast. When its green gate closes behind you, you are transported to a tropical garden on the edge of what appears to be impenetrable jungle vegetation. We felt safe, secure and at peace for our entire visit. The villa is not extra fancy but it has everything that one needs, including conveying an immediate feeling of comfort. Small but nice pool, three generously-sized bedrooms, nice bathrooms, hot tub -- surprisingly enjoyable even in the heat, air conditioning - which we only used twice, complete kitchen and, for those who can't live without it, very good wifi. The local manager, Marie-Jo, greeted us and pointed out a few useful things, and then she left us alone for our week -- although we knew we could call her if we had any questions. Marie-Jo was there to say good-bye at the end, making sure we had our airport drive timing correct. Our communications with the owner of the villa were always answered cordially and in a timely manner. Thanks to these interchanges, we had a good feeling about our destination before we went -- and we were correct!

Merci pour cette appréciation. Effectivement il peut y avoir quelques coqs sauvages de la forêt à côté de la maison. Cependant ces poules sauvages sont très utiles car mangent les scolopendres qui sont les seuls animaux dangereux de la Guadeloupe. Marie-Jo nous a indiqué l'extrême amabilité de nos locataires, ce que nous avons déjà perçu avec les échanges de mails avant leur arrivée.

Séjour reposant à la Villa Jasmine

Endroit paisible à quelques minutes à pieds de la magnifique plage Leroux.Maison propre et accueillante avec plusieurs commodités. Magnifique aménagement paysager, végétation exceptionnelle avec vue sur la mer.Air climatisé dans les chambres. Il sera gagnant d'ajouter du savon à main dans les salles de bains, quelques serviettes, papier hygiénique et essuie-tout.

Sehr schöne Villa mit einem schönen Garten mit Blick auf das Meer und der Insel Montserrat . Besonders hervorzuheben ist der ausgezeichnete Mosquitischutz in den Schlafzimmern. Der schöne Plage de Leroux in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Villa ist nach unserer Erfahrung der beste Strand zum Schnorcheln.

Un merveilleux séjour

Une villa magnifique avec un jardin luxuriant et très bien équipée… Que dire à part que nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison Et la gentillesse de Valérie qui a toujours été disponible et qui a tout fait pour que l’on puisse partir malgré ce Covid… Je ne peux que recommander cette magnifique villa….

Une maison de rêve nichée en pleine nature, avec une vue magnifique, tout l'équipement souhaité et même plus, une plage très sympa à 3 mn à pied, que demander de plus à part d'y retourner ? Merci pour ces 15 jours qui ont ravi toute la famille !

Schöne Villa mit tropischen Garten am Berg

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern für zwei Wochen im Oktober dort. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das beste ist jedoch der tropische Garten, der sehr gut von den Nachbarn abgegrenzt ist. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Der Pool ist gepflegt und groß genug. Auf der Terrasse hatte man Blick auf die Nachbarinsel Montserrat. Die Lage ist ruhig und es ist nicht weit zum Strand. Da die Villa am Berg liegt, sind wir auf den Rückweg vom Strand bei den tropischen Temperaturen immer ganz ordentlich ins Schwitzen gekommen. Der Ort ist klein, der Strand schön und das Wasser war sehr sauber. Wir können diese Villa weiterempfehlen!

Très belle villa et bonnes prestations

Les photos du site ne mentent pas. C'est une très belle villa au milieu d'un jardin qui rendrait jaloux le jardin botanique lui-même. Bonne situation vue sur mer imprenable avec le coucher de soleil en prime si on se penche un peu . Les prestations sont conformes à la description et de très bon niveau. Je recommande fortement.

Bellissima casa in una bellissima isola

La casa è come nella descrizione, finiture e mobili di qualità. Perfetta la terrazza esterna che permette di pranzare all'aperto anche nelle giornate ventose. Splendida la vista. Piscina e giardino tropicale. Vasca idromassaggio all'angolo della terrazza, perfettamente funzionante e pulita. La parte dell'isola dove è situata la casa, Basse Terre, è piu interessante di Grande Terre, meno turistica ma con tutto il necessario. Contatto con il proprietario ( in francese e in inglese) senza problemi. Sul posto c'è su chiamata Marie-Jo, disponibile e non invadente. Il borgo di Ferry è a pochi minuti da Deshaies, con negozi e ristoranti. La spiaggia locale, Plage Leroux, raggiungibile a piedi, è molto bella, pulita, senza bar/ristoranti sulla spiaggia e poco frequentata. Altre spiagge a pochi minuti di auto con bar e ristoranti in prossimità. In sommario casa molto bella in un'isola che merita veramente una visita. Auto ( adeguata a strade con pendenze ripide) indispensabile. Nessun problema con la sicurezza o di igiene alimentare. Altamente raccomandabile

Villa extrêmement confortable et superbement meublée et dotée d'une vue magnifique.. Nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse et efficacité par Marie Jo et Edmonde qui nous ont donné tout les conseils utiles. Tout s'est bien déroulé et nous n'avions vraiment pas envie de quitter ! A conseiller sans restriction : activités ou farniente au choix !

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Tout est fait pour rendre les vacances agréables : belle piscine, terrasse très bien aménagée, superbe vue sur la mer, beau jardin, hamac, et spa. Propriétaires trè sympa et plein de bons conseils. On a du mal à quitter l'endroit tellement on s'y sent bien. C'est une adresse que je recommande vivement.

Superbe villa, emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa à côté de Deshaies . La villa est superbe et très bien entretenue, la piscine avec vue sur la mer est idéale ! Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse avec le jacuzzi. L'emplacement de la villa est idéal pour pouvoir faire les randonnées de la Soufrière, des chutes du Carbet... Une petite plage pleine de charme est à moins de 5 minutes à pied, tout comme la boulangerie et les petits commerces. Bref, je recommande vivement !!!

Superbe villa, vue imprenable !!

We enjoyed an excellent vacation in Deshaies. The villa is exactly as the photos, it's very spacious, fully air-conditioned, with a great sea view. Everything is in perfect condition, fully equipped kitchen, large terrasse, great pool and lounge area. Daniel and Patricia were very helpful, they recommended some excellent local restaurants and gave us great advice on what to do and see around Deshaies. The local beach, plage Leroux, is the most beautiful beach in Basse-Terre, it's a 5 minute walk from the villa. Le saut de l'Acomat is a short drive away and la cascade aux écrevisses is 40 minutes by car. We also drove to the south of the island and hiked up La Soufrière volcano and visited the spectacular chutes du Carbet. There is excellent diving around Deshaies, réserve Cousteau at plage Malendure and Pigeon island. I highly recommend the villa and I hope to stay there again sometime in the future.
