Spacious cottage for 6/8 people Center Alsace

In the typical Alsacian village of Epfig, close to all shops, we rent a cottage completely renovated (August 2018) of 100 m2 for 8 people, it includes:
- a fully equipped kitchen, open on a bright living room.
- four bedrooms, three with sleeping 160x200 and one with sleeping 140x190
- a bathroom and a shower room (Italian style)
- two separate toilets

Washing machine, tumble dryer, connected TV and WIFI available.
Bed linen is provided.
A garage and a parking space are at your disposal.

Toll renoviertes Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung (Handtücher muss man selbst mitbringen) und die Garage ist auch für große Fahrzeuge geeignet. Schöne ruhige Lage im Innenhof. Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermarkt kann man zu Fuss erreichen.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Wir haben diese schöne Ferienwohnung in Epfig (ca. 40 Autominuten von Straßburg entfernt) gebucht. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem Comfort ausgestattet. Es gibt vier helle Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, die Küche ist groß und hat einen großen Tisch und 8 Stühlen. Sie geht in einen Sitzbereich mit Polstermöbeln über. Alles ist sehr hell und freundlich. Man kann die Garage benutzen. Es gibt Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Häuschen - nette Gastgeber!

Wir haben unsere Osterferien in dem schönen Haus verbringen dürfen. Es verlief alles unkompliziert und reibungslos. Das Haus ist sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und die Aufteilung war für uns perfekt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bäckerei und auch eine Metzgerei sind vor Ort und auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten schöne Ferien :)

Tolles Haus und nette Gastgeber

Das Nebenhaus steht auf dem Anwesen der Gastgeber und ist mit viel Liebe toll renoviert. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt 2 Bäder und separate Toiletten. Die Betten sind gut und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir haben sogar einen Parkplatz in der Garage erhalten! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es stand ein kleines Geschenk zur Begrüßung bereit. Man kann problemlos im Haus auch zu siebt kochen, essen und am großen Tisch sitzen. Wir waren rund um zufrieden! Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt! Was ist zu beachten? - Es gibt keine Terrasse oder Balkon - Es gibt einige Treppen im Haus, kleine Kinder sollten aufpassen - Es gibt im Ort keinen Bäcker, der Supermarkt ist am Besten mit dem PKW zu erreichen

Au top ! Je recommande vivement !

Il ne faut pas se fier aux photos qui ne rendent pas justice au logement. Les hôtes sont adorables et très serviables. Il y a un carrefour marketing à proximité qui est très bien achalandé. De nombreuses visites sont à faire et je recommande tout particulièrement la dégustation du vin du propriétaire. Totalement dépaysement pour les franciliens que nous sommes. Merci encore Florence et Jérôme !

Une très belle adresse !

Notre séjour de 3 jours fut très agréable, tout était réuni pour qu'on s'y sente à l'aise dès les premiers instants. Le gîte est d'une propreté remarquable, tout le nécessaire et plus y est à disposition! En plus d'être confortable, il est très coquet. Etrangement il est plus beau en réalité qu'en photo. Nous y avons très bien été accueillis par les propriétaires fort sympathiques. Le village est très bien situé sur la route des vins, avec le magnifique village de Barr à visiter à environ 5km; Un supermarché situé à moins d'1km vous permet d'acheter tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le gîte ne bénéficie pas d'extérieur, néanmoins un petit parc avec jeux pour enfants se trouve à 200m, tout près de l'église, bien agréable pour des enfants de moins de 10ans. A fin de notre séjour nous n'avons pas manqué de repartir avec quelques bonnes bouteilles de pinot gris et noir, que nous avions eu la possibilité de déguster sur place, Mr est vigneron...ceci explique cela. En repartant, je m'suis dit encore une belle adresse que j'ai trouvé, et que je vais partager !

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub im Elsass

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern (2,2,9,12) eine Woche hier. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wir durften uns auch das Weingut anschauen. Das Haus ist schön ausgestattet in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf gelegen. Nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß ist der Bäcker und ein Spielplatz erreichbar. Ein Tip meinerseits; Der Weg von 1 1/2 Stunden zum Longemere lohnt sich. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Aufnahme. Wir können dieses Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Sejour agréable lors des marchés de Noel

Gite très bien situé entre Colmar et Strasbourg , proche des charmants villages de la route des vins .Il est dans une cour au calme .Ce gite est neuf avec tout le confort nécessaire , bien aménagé . Les lits sont grands et confortables et les salles de bains bien conçues . Les hôtes sont agréables et attentifs . Belle adresse !
