Living room (4.82 x 3.57) opening onto a beautiful terrace (East exposure) with awning, garden table and chairs - Fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob and pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher ) also giving onto East terrace - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 - Shower room (walk-in shower, sink) - WC. Upstairs: Bedroom 2: 1 bed in 160 - Bedroom 3: 1 bed in 140 and 1 bed 90 - WC - Garage with washing machine - Beach return shower adjoining the terrace and the garage - Electric plancha to eat on the terrace.

This villa was completely renovated in 2017, it is very popular for its location - The possibility of putting the car in the garage (medium car) or of storing bikes, boards or roof boxes. A plancha will allow you to fully enjoy the large terrace - The whole is well laid out and bright -
