Please note that dock and boat lift are available for an additional fee. Fish cleaning station, no bridges out to the Gulf, power and water available at the dock. A boater's dream. Prefer to lounge by the pool? This home has that covered as well. The tropical setting will make you feel like you are on a private island. Unique shaped pool offers both sun and shaded area. Screened enclosure keeps out the pests while you enjoy your morning coffee or watch the news on the outdoor TV. The main home is decorated in nautical themes, offers 2 bedrooms and a bath. The 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance and private bath, prefect for those wanting a bit more privacy. You will feel right at home in this vintage/mod property offering all new furniture, bedding and linens. Restaurants, beaches and golf are all close by. Available for weekly or monthly rentals. Come and enjoy this amazing piece of paradise.

Amenities include: Air-conditioning, propane BBQ grill, washer/dryer, linens included, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig and Drip coffeemakers, blender, dishes/utensils provided, cable, Smart TV's, WiFI, fishing, and relaxing in general.

Pool heater is available for an extra fee. For monthly guests electric usage is capped at $300. Additional usage will be the responsiblilty of the guest.
Please note rates are subject to 12% tax, cleaning and reservation fee.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as expected. Bring your boat and after a day on the water play in the pool. Home was well stocked and clean. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Spring Break getaway

This rental home was exactly as advertised! Comfortable and cute furnishings, inside and out. Bedrooms were spacious with tons of dresser space. About the only negative I could pass along. Was the key pick up and drop off would be nicer if you could access the key at the property instead of having to drive elsewhere to get it.

Better Than Expected

This rental exceeded our expectations. The property managers were great. It was a much needed retreat for our family. We're sold on using VRBO again.
