Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances including 12 cup coffee maker, microwave, toaster. Living room has a large LCD TV with gas fireplace & sectional sofa with plenty of seating.

Large covered porch & patio with a gas grill. Back yard also hosts new 54" basketball goal. Home is smoke free!

We are an active duty military family happy to finally settle down in the Augusta area. Our Soldier is currently deployed & renting our home for the Master's Tournament will help us celebrate his safe return this Christmas with a trip to Disney world! We have 3 kids (10, 6 & 5)

Why they chose this property

Our home is very cozy! Large open living room with a great gas fireplace & brand new TV. Our neighborhood is very quiet & we love having our own little retreat in between 2 great cities. It takes us about 15 minutes to get to Washington Road & the National area. And it takes us just about 10-15 minutes to get to our favorite restaurants in downtown Aiken. We're also less than a mile from beautiful Langley pond where the US Olympic Rowing Team practices!
