TV screen 102 cm + blue-ray player + X box 360 10 games + home theater DTS
- 2 bedrooms for 2 persons:
16 m2 and 12 m2 (2 double beds 2 places) including one independent (key farm) with bathroom (shower / WC / washbasin)
- large "luxurious" bathroom with hydro-massage shower + double washbasin + WC + washing machine and dryer
The house is located in the countryside 500 m from the village center of COMMEQUIERS with all services (supermarket U, post office, banks, bakeries, tobacco / newspapers, etc ...) and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the North Vendée ( St Hilaire de laugh / Saint Gilles cross of life)
Parking in private courtyard + garden with lawn (1200m2 in all)
Booking and information by phone or internet
Off-season rates: 50 € / nights excluding weekends (2 nights minimum)
