Welcome to Naples Heritage 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo on the first floor of the gated community in Naples, Florida. The unit consists of:
Fully equipped with Stainless Steel Appliances Kitchen
Remodeled Master Bathroom
The second bedroom has a new Murphy Bed when storage allows the room to be used as a sitting room with recliner to rest, read p, watch TV, or even exercise.
Renters have access to heated pools, gym including exercise classes, Tennis Courts and brand new Pickelball courts and Bocce
The condo has a gorgeous views of pond, gazebo, bridge and the 6th fairway and green.
Assigned parking for 1 car, there are extra parking spots for 2nd cars

There are 3 streaming Tv’s1 is MBR 55 inches The other 2 are 65 inches all 4K Smart TV’s.
King sized Sleep number bed in Master BR that can adjust with remote
Towels, beach chairs in condo
Local Beaches are less than 20 minutes away without traffic
Application and fee $100 for local HOA and for Community Access one time fee $800 to the home association.
Gate Access Card will be arranged once renter checks in fee included with Community application.

Naples Heritage

We had a wonderful stay in Naples Heritage. The unit was just as pictured. We loved the unit and it’s proximity to the pool and pickleball courts. Kevin Hughes was very accommodating when we needed anything. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Love Naples

The area was ideal. The gated community made us feel very secure. The condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was there. The owners were great to work with. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Thank you for your interest in our property. We have owned our property in Naples Heritage for the past 10 years. We are originally from Northern New Jersey but have also lived in Pittsburgh, PA, Ocen City Maryland and now Naples Florid

Why they chose this property

The weather was the major factor and i love golf, our neighbor in Maryland convinced us to rent in Naples Heritage for the winter months. We loved everything about the community and convenience of shopping, beaches and restaurants we decided to buy our condo.
Amenities include: golf course, clubhouse dining, 5 heated swimming pools in community
Renter is entitled to attend all the special events of course at a price established by club. They have a couple sometimes 3 seafood festivals a season.

What makes this property unique

Naples Heritage is a gated community with impeccably kept grounds it has a new fully equipped fitness center, beautiful new Cabana pool/bar/restaurant, beautifully maintained property,
Gorgeous Views, safe place to walk and there’s a nature trail.
