Working barn converted to a brand new, upscale guest house on over a 5 level, terraced acre in Thousand Oaks. Beautifully decorated view property with multiple backyards, eating areas and comfortable patios; beautiful outdoor dining gazebo, bocci ball court and putting green; lush landscaping; Life here really speaks for itself!

Lynn Ranch was developed in the 1950s and 1960s as ranch style horse property. It is a quiet, upscale neighborhood with one story ranch style homes. Many of the backyards give the impression that you are miles away in the countryside

Why they chose this property

We are close to Malibu / Pt Magu State Beach, Ronald Reagan Library, Amgen, and multiple Ventura County parks. We are at the halfway point between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara and approximately 50 minutes to either Hollywood or Santa Barbara. Quiet horse / ranch property; private suite and space all to yourself. Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There are six miles of bridle paths within "The Ranch" and connecting to hundreds of acres of riding, mountain biking and hiking trails throughout Wildwood Park, and Santa Rosa Canyon. The scenic trails include diverse terrain with volcanic rock, the Conejo Arroyo which is home to Paradise Falls - a seventy foot waterfall, native-american caves and beauty everywhere you look.
