Gorgeous remodel! Beautifully updated with current high quality finishes throughout this 4 bed, 2.5 bath home in Grayhawk. Large open floor plan, with high vaulted ceilings, master suite on main level and a 3 car garage. The lush backyard features a pebble tech pool & spa, grass, fruit trees, built in BBQ and exceptional privacy with no neighbor behind. Great cul-de-sac location on greenbelt. Running/walking paths throughout community.

The master bedroom is located on the main floor and furnished with a king bed, large walk in closet and has direct access to rear yard pool and spa.

The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. One is furnished with a king bed and the other two offer queen beds.

The family room is equipped with a 65" TV. The home is also equipped with three smaller smart TV's that can be used in the bedrooms.

North Scottsdale offers endless restaurant options within 10 minutes from Grayhawk, fabulous hiking, and world-class golf.

This home has everything you will need for a great family and golf vacation.

PROPERTY FEES & REQUIREMENTS:
-$250 cleaning fee.
-Tenants are responsible to fill the propane tank if used. (Propane available at Pinnacle Peak Ace Hardware)
-Tenants will also be charged $200 for lost or damaged garage door openers
-Tenants must run the dishwasher and run a load of towels that were used during the stay.

Please note*** if you choose to heat the Hot tub in the winter months there is an additional charge. ($30/day fee added but can be removed if not wanted)

IMPORTANT: Please provide the number of guests prior to booking. There is a maximum guest requirement to maintain the integrity of the home and neighborhood. No additional guests beyond what was agreed to. Parties are not allowed out of respect for the community.

The pool will not be run during the winter months of December-March. But the spa can be set to your desired schedule. Home is protected by Ring devises (front entrance/back door/pool equipment)

Beautiful updated home in Grayhawk neighborhood with easy access to walking paths. Close to numerous great restaurants & shopping. We enjoyed the private pool & spa. Host was very responsive to our needs.
