Beachfront Condo on South Padre Island.

Experience a family-friendly condo managed by us—Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals. This Serene Sanctuary is located in a peaceful, gated complex with gorgeous beach views from the living area. It’s also next to a local water park—Beach Waterpark. This cozy second-floor unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families, couples, and friends. Please note that there is no elevator access (one set of stairs). All amenities are provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay—even all the beach supplies!

Family-Friendly Amenities:
Designed with families in mind, the condo includes:
-Fun mini-bunkroom with RV-sized twin beds for kids (up to age 9-10)
- Full-size washer/dryer, pack-n-play, booster chair, and kids' dishes
- Beach gear: chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys
- Games, books, and a SONOS speaker for entertainment

Condo Features:
- Main Bedroom:King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, desk, dresser, connected bunk room and bathroom
- Second Bedroom: King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, adjacent bathroom.
- Bunk Room: RV-sized twin beds, privacy door, books, games, connected to main bedroom and a bathroom
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Coffee maker, French press, Instant Pot, and more
- Living Room: Roku TV, comfortable seating, and beachfront views

The condo was perfect for our 32 night stay. We loved all the extra touches (sunscreen, spices to cook with). We loved being steps from the beach and so close to the heated pool and hot tub. Loved the we could catch the free Island shuttle close to the condo. A very secure gated community. Our host was great.

Everything was perfect for a family post-Christmas vacation. The condo had everything we needed, the location was fabulous (the free bus rides on the Island and to Port Isabel were an added bonus), and the beach was amazing right outside our door. Our host was very communicable.

Very comfortable and homey property and the host has provided every item you might need. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Roseanna was easy and she responded quickly. The condo is at the Southern end of the island which is quieter and perfect for families and children to walk, swim, play frisbee or search for seashells. My family loved our stay and hated to leave.

Family Getaway

We had a great time for a family getaway with our three young kids before school starts! The condo was very clean with all the necessities. It’s a great location and the beach was beautiful. Rosanna is a great host and communicated before and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. Also, she recommended the restaurant Viva which was wonderful!

This condo on the beach was perfect!! Everything you can think of was provided. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee, wine at night. Will definitely book again. Our host was wonderful.

Hello! I'm Rosanna. I own and manage this condo and would love to host you! I grew up going to South Padre Island as a little girl and then continued the tradition with our 3 children. We eventually decided to buy a slice of South Padre heaven of our own in 2018. We have enjoyed sharing our love for the island so much that we have opened up 2 more condos to guests. We call ourselves Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals and hope to have you stay with us and decide which condo is your favorite :)!
