The villa is located on the Caribbean coast north of Basse Terre. It is located on the heights of Ste Rose in the residential area of Jardins de Sofaia. Its location offers calm and serenity, exceptional views of the Caribbean Sea and the tip of the lookout. Surface: 170m2 with 5 air-conditioned bedrooms including a master suite, 3 bathrooms, terrace with sea view and on the islets of the lagoon "Grand cul de sac marin".
Villa built in 2014 with noble materials, a sober and refined decoration. Near the most beautiful beaches of the island: Mambia Beach, Clugny beach, Anse à la Perle, Grande Anse, and the charming village of Ste Rose (2 km). It is intended to receive 6 to 10 people. A parental room: with bed of 180 x 200 - Room of privatory water with Dressing.
One bedroom: with bed 160 x 200 with Dressing room and shared bathroom.
Another bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 x 190 with Dressing room and shared bathroom.
In rez of garden: 1 room with bed of 160 x 200 with Dressing.

Philippe, our host, will take care of your welcome and your installation in the best conditions. He speaks French, English, German and Creole.
