Nice studio air-conditioned villa in rez of garden with entrance and independent garden about 50m ². Fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven). Comfortable bathroom with shower easily accessible and washing machine. Fiber wifi access, TV tnt, private parking space.
Ideally located in a small town with village.

Near the airport, 5 minutes from Saint Paul de Vence, 20 minutes from Cannes and Nice. 15 minutes from the seaside and 45 minutes from the first ski resort.
