Welcome to beautiful Palm Desert. Our home has just completed a massive renovation and perfect for your vacation getaway. All new flooring, bathrooms, paint, and kitchen. It is located in the Golden Sun Estates gated community with two pools and spas, basketball, and tennis courts. It is in close proximity to I-10, Indian Wells Tennis Facilities, HWY 111 and all the Coachella Valley has to offer. The home has three bedrooms and an office. Mature fruit trees in the backyard and covered patio for evening meals. Two car attached garage and indoor washer and dryer. This is a minimum month-long rental. Great location situated between La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs International Airport.

Our family loves the desert and has been visiting the Palm Desert area for years. We spend weekends and vacations out here and love everything the desert has to offer. We recently purchased this property to have more opportunities to enjoy family time in the desert.
Why they chose this property
If you want to have a home away from home this is the place. We purchased this fixer-upper to create the perfect home for our family to enjoy throughout the year. Our goal was to create a home that we would feel like we are on vacation all the time. We completely gutted and remodeled the house in the summer and fall of 2019. From the ground up we have created a space that is clean, neat and luxurious. It has been furnished with high-quality comfortable furniture to enjoy long days of relaxation and sun. It is a three-bedroom with a separate office if you have to do a bit of work while on vacation - it is a perfect space to work.
What makes this property unique
It is a stand-alone house in a gated community. The location is close to the freeway and in the middle of the Coachella Valley. You are 15-20 minutes away from all cities and events the desert has to offer. The pools are rarely used and many times you feel like you have your own private getaway. The second pool is our favorite surrounded by palm trees and mature trees set aside in the corner of the development. There is also a pool table and flat screen TV at the community center for residents to use.
