Park the car and forget it because most everything is within walking distance when you're on the boardwalk. This amazing end unit 1st floor condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms (sheets, pillow cases and towels are NOT provided) and was recently remodeled and furnished. The new windows and doors block most noise from the boardwalk when closed so you can sleep soundly even in the middle of the day. NEW king size bed in the primary bedroom! NEW Kitchen and new stainless steel appliances in 2023! Large island with quartz countertops. Extremely functional and stocked kitchen to prepare a full meal and dining area that accommodates 7 guests plus a living room area with streaming (Roku and YouTubeTV) and free high speed internet. The porch is perfect for people watching and incredible sunrises! Also included are a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, private outdoor pool and outdoor shower (located behind the building), one parking space, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella (1) and sand toys for the kids. This rental is the one you'll want to come back to year after year! Sorry, NO Pets per association rules. Did we mention that Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins is right next door?! And Shenanigan's is located at the far end of our building! We've been vacationing in OCMD our entire lives and had a goal of one day owning a property at the beach. Our dreams have come true and we now want to share this experience with all our tenants. When purchasing we looked for everything we would want in a vacation property and this unit checked off most of our wants list. Ocean Front, 1st floor, end unit, fully equipped kitchen, next to dunkin donuts and baskin robbins, on the boardwalk, private pool, parking, amazing sunrises. We hope you enjoy our unit as much as we do!
