La Sauzède offers a habitat that respects the environment and your relaxation. It is independent and closed, and is located in the quiet and residential area of Mas de Boule, near the center of Vallon and 10 minutes by shuttle (free summer) Pont d'Arc. It accommodates a maximum of 6 people.

In the R-d-C, the heart of the house (living room) overlooks the dining room, a place of conviviality and sharing. The very functional kitchen is bright. The boudoir is a place of relaxation (library, games, ...).
On the floor 3 rooms where reign calm and serenity and 2 rooms of water (tub, shower).
Each level has an independent WC. You will benefit from a raised garden, a carpark and a swimming pool, without opposite, closed out of season (see our Internet site).
Final cleaning is not included. On arrival the beds are made (Tencel sheets).

Options: end-of-stay cleaning and towels (prices on www.gite-sauzede.fr).
Graceful loan of baby equipment, on request.

A rental agreement is sent to you; it must be returned to us dated and signed.

Propriétaire super disponible et très avenant. Remplacement du parasol défectueux immédiat, aide pour le démarrage de voiture capricieuse... Franchement un grand merci pour tout. La villa est vraiment top avec une grande piscine et un jardin resplendissant. L'endroit est vraiment super, le village est très animé avec ces multiples boutiques en tout genre, vente de nougats, glace et j en passe... Je recommande vivement ce lieux a tous. Encore un grand merci. Nous reviendrons surement.

Le village a beaucoup de charme, la maison se trouve à 800 à pied du centre de Vallon. La maison est très propre elle possède tout le confort. J ai rarement vu une maison aussi bien entretenue pour la location. L endroit où se trouve la maison est en zone résidentielle il y fait bon vivre. La piscine, la terrasse sont sans vis à vis. Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l écoute. Nous y retournerons l année prochaine . Je recommande vivement

Très bien

Le logement est très agréable à vivre, très propre et très lumineux. Il y a de l'espace et chaque chambre est bien décoré. Les extérieurs et le jardin ont beaucoup de charme. La piscine est top. La maison est située à 10min à pied du centre ville donc cela est très pratique. Je recommande vivement.

belle maison proche du centre de Vallon Pont d'Arc

Belle propriété, au calme, à 10' à pieds du centre du village. Très belle piscine. Les pièces de la maison sont spacieuses et l'équipement est très bien fourni. L'absence de clim oblige à jongler un peu avec les ouvertures/fermetures pour protéger de la chaleur (très élevée fin juillet!). Les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques et extrêmement réactifs (mails, demandes diverses, ...).
