Charming villa in Vallon Pont D'arc with heated pool
Our spacious villa with its 3 bedrooms, in a calm and relaxing environment just 200 meters from the river !! Change of scenery guaranteed! Breathtaking view of the mountains!
Located in southern Ardèche, 5 km from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc and a few minutes from the "famous Pont d'Arc" and its magnificent gorges as well as from the restitution area of the Chauvet cave, very nice spacious cottage and comfortable 100 m2 (capacity of 6 people).
Private heated pool 7. 10 x 4 m
On a plot of 1000 m², enclosed and parking. Close to all shops, restaurants, markets ... Many ballads, hikes, visits, water activities (canoeing and swimming of course !!!!)
Please note that sheets and towels are not provided.
The deposit is 50% of the rental price.
A deposit of 500 euros will be requested before your arrival and returned after your departure unless damaged.
The cottage is NON SMOKING.
For a peaceful trip to your holiday destination, we rent this villa from Sunday to Sunday!
