House very well equipped, in the center of Les Sables d'Olonne, quiet area, 200 M of the embankment and the large beach. Close to covered markets, shops, restaurants and 900 m from the train station. Kitchen equipped open on a space to live. The accommodation also includes two bedrooms with wardrobes, 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets. For children we put at your disposal cot and high chair. This accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and families.

Emplacement excellent, tout à proximité. Néanmoins, l'accueil à l'arrivée et la sortie a été médiocre. Le propriétaire a facturé des frais de ménage sans aucune justification, alors même que celui-ci avait été réglé lors de la réservation. Faites attention à faire l'état des lieux à l'entrée et à la sortie, même si la personne qui vous accueille le fait en coup de vent. Sinon le propriétaire pourra venir se servir sur votre compte en banque, et ce , sans preuve.

Maison proche de tout

Nous avons bien apprécié cette location, pratique, à proximité de tout, et agréable avec sa petite cour intérieure pour les retours de plages. L'escalier est un peu raide mais on s'y habitue. Intérieure moderne et propre.
