About this property

home in central Salt Lake Valley, east side

Our home is nice and cozy. We have 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. In the family room there is a comfortable pull out couch. There are extra pillows and blankets too. There is 1 full bath and a 1/2 bath. There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap for your convenience. There is a kitchen with dishes and other supplies that are need. We have individual oatmeal and cereal for your convenience. If you want more towels there are some in the hall closet. While you are staying here there are grocery stores very nearby. Smith's grocery store is just half a mile east on 45th South. We are about 30 minutes to the mountains for skiing or hiking, about 15 minutes to downtown for Utah Jazz, Temple Square, Eccles Theater, etc. Wi-Fi is included and you will have the home to yourself. We have a key pad entry for your convenience. Recent upgrades include a new clothes washer in 2020, new furnace and dishwasher in 2021, and upgrade to very fast/responsive Google Fiber Internet service in 2022. New carpet was just installed throughout the home in September 2022. New kitchen and bathroom water faucets as of 2024 with full pressure. We have a no smoking, illegal drugs or parties policy for the whole property. If you do there will be an added fee.

We had a bit of a problem with check-in due to electronic problems with the wireless key pad. Host was quick to respond and we got in quickly without problems. The stay was great, and we enjoyed visiting with our family who lives in the area.

Everything about the rental was great. We enjoyed our stay. What I was worry most about was if the host was going to stay in contact with us but she was excellent. She answered everytime we had any questions. She was very understanding especially when we had an emergency. Definitely will stay here again because of her.

This was the perfect property for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and we were provided with good recommendations and advisements about the area. The house was in a perfect location - central to our needs - within 15-minutes or so to Salt Lake City and close to several outlying areas we visited while there. The house was an ideal size for my daughter and I and was extremely clean and well appointed. We loved our stay and working with our host and would definitely love to stay here again during future trips to the area!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was perfect and everything was within a 10 minute drive. The first night we had delivery which was fast and accurate. The house itself was super clean and comfortable. The host is amazing with communication and very helpful when accommodations and recommendations for local activities.
