1 sleeping area with comfortable bed in 140cm, wardrobe for storage -
1 American kitchen with 2 induction hob, fridge, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hood, microwave -
1 small bathroom with shower, WC, sink, towel dryer -
WIFI. ENERGY CHARGES INCLUDED. Electric heating.
Common parking of the residence and common room for bike or board.
Furnished tourism classified 2 stars. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra charge for animals (1 small dog of - 6 kg allowed), deposit by imprint bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
