The 400 m2 plot is very tree-lined, shaded in a natural preserved setting, not overlooked, two minutes from the village on foot with an above-ground private swimming pool with a diameter of 5m and 1.20m deep, sunny all day.
The rental of 25 m2 is air conditioned, has 6 beds with a garden furniture with barbecue and washing machine outside.
Ideally located in the countryside, near the village (2 minutes on foot) with all amenities, the land is fenced and not overlooked.
The place is peaceful and bucolic, inspires you to rest.
