About this property
Family friendly house situated next to the beaches in the center of the island
We offer the rental of a house, including 3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garden to relax and a small terrace.
20 minutes from Ponta Delgada and Furnas by car
5 minutes from Vila Franca do Campo and its famous Ilheu by car.
Pretty beach very little used to 5 minutes from us on foot.
Other beaches of Agua d'Alto are only 5-10 minutes from us.
The trail entrance of Lagoa de Fogo is a 10-minute drive away.
The positioning of our accommodation is ideal to enjoy the beaches but also to actually move on the island.
Our house is isolated and allows to spend moments of tranquility after excursions on the island. Our house is not straight on the road, you have to take a little path upward.
We will be totally available to inform you and help you if you have any problem. Do not hesitate sincerely. The island is full of treasures that should not be missed.
Água de Alto is a small village typical of the island with in our street one of the best bars of the island (not noisy at all). Here you can enjoy local beer inside or on the steps of the church. It is a popular place for locals. A big supermarket is a few minutes drive from our house and nice restaurants are within a few kilometers.
The bus stops are very close to our house and it is very easy to get around the island to our house since we are right next to the main highway. We can say no doubt that this part of the island is one of the best places on the island since the beaches are quieter than in the north and the weather is generally a little drier.

What makes this property unique
Great localisation to explore the island. Very central and close to almost everything. We live in the area with the most beaches on the island. 5 beaches in a 7km radius. All different, all beautiful. We are also next to the famous Ilheu de Vila Franca do Campo
