Uptown Marion is a vibrant, charming historic district with so much to offer!
What makes this property unique
On 8/10/2020, the building was damaged by a Derecho (inland hurricane). That propelled us to a complete renovation of the apartment. We raised the ceilings and brought back the original size windows, allowing tons of natural light and creating a loft like feel. The back bedroom features a king size hybrid mattress, and the other bedroom has twin beds with memory foam mattresses. Both bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen tvs, and large closets. The bathroom sports an ample custom tiled shower and beautiful vanity. You'll love the gorgeous kitchen, open to the living area. It features all new cabinets, stainless appliances and sparkling quartz countertops. Enjoy your coffee at the large island with stools for 4, and your meals at the cool vintage dining table overlooking the square. The comfy leather sofa, and retro inspired chairs give a slight midcentury vibe. You'll love the reserved parking space!
