A beautiful villa of two floors of Moroccan style. It is located in an excellent location, in the residential area of Charaff. All the necessary daily equipment is there. Its undeniable advantage is the space and the 2 comfortable terraces, perfect for rest. It has 3 bedrooms (1 with a small separate terrace) and 2 living rooms, as well as a separate kitchen also with access to a terrace. There are 2 toilets with shower (1 on each floor). This will guarantee a successful holiday even to the most demanding tourists. The distance to the beach is only 5 minutes by car and 30 minutes walk, or you can take a taxi for 1 €. Within walking distance (600 m) bars, restaurants, cafes, banks (300 m) and supermarkets: Aswak Assalam (1.2 km) and Carrefour (1.2 km).
The villa consists of:
- 3 bedrooms (all with a double bed, 1 with access to a small terrace)
- 2 salons
- a dining area
- a kitchen with access to a small terrace
- 2 toilets - both with showers
- 1 large terrace and 2 a little less
