A great choice for friends and family who wants spend vacation together and still have complete privacy.

Villa has modern interior features 350 m2 of the living space on 3 floors with internal staircase.
On the ground floor there is fully equipped kitchen ,living room ,bedroom and bathroom .
On the second floor there is 2 bedrooms ,wardrobe, and 2 bathrooms.
The third floor is intended for six people sleeping ,and there is also one bathroom.
Lot of bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Luxury garden furniture ,private pool and new sauna will give you completed sense of relaxation.
The exterior of the house has barbecue and outside kitchen with a sink and outside table for 14 people.
Also there is outside shower.
There are 4 parking spaces,one of which is in the garage.
Split is 15 km away ,and the airport is 5 km away.

We enjoyed a lot

Little piece of paradise, host extremely friendly and helpful. This property has maximal privacy; it is surrounded by nature fence. It is placed in Kastela and everything is close from there. Beach is 250 meters away - Sea-view; only little bit from first floor but clear only from second floor
