This top floor property sits a short distance from the Ski Area. The open floor plan has the kitchen, dining room area and living room. The Master bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The property sleeps 6. The bedroom loft upstairs features 2 Full beds as well as a full bathroom.

PROPERTY AMENITIES: Please note that all common area amenities such as pools, hot tubs, exercise rooms, saunas, lounges and meeting spaces may be closed for all or part of your visit to Steamboat. The homeowners associations and management are following all state and local guidelines which may change at any time. Please check with Cute Snow Villas upon arrival for the current status of the amenities at your property.

The dining room table seats 6 and 2 more at the eat-in granite kitchen. The living room has a gas burning fireplace. Ski lockers, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, sand volleyball court are just a few of the amenities at the complex.

The property is located about 8-10 minute walk to the ski area or take the free Steamboat transit bus that picks up steps away from the complex.

Complimentary Complex Shuttle Service from 5pm-11pm during the winter ski season only.

This unit is located on the top floor of the complex there are stairs required to get to the unit. This complex does not have an elevator.

Fine property - beware of summer heat

The condo is nice and is as advertised. However, Steamboat is hot in the summer and this is a third floor unit without A/C. Hence and on hot day, this unit is almost unbearably hot.

Clean and functional but a bit rundown

Our stay was nice and the unit had the necessary amenities but it was a little dated and rundown, the bed linens were old and there weren't very many towels. Would be nice to have specific towels for the pool area. For the price, it was a bit lackluster. Also, no separation from the top loft creates a lot of light and noise circulation which is hard for sleeping kids.

Good for the price & location

Property was clean and provided most necessities. Be sure to pack your own toiletries. There was no Air conditioning & being on the 3rd floor with a loft it was VERY hot in July so we purchased & donated an additional floor fan, you're welcome ;)

Ski Trip

Was a nice place for 4 people. There are only 3 beds and the couch is not a pullout. have to go up two flights of stairs each time so this is not a place for any people with mobility issues. Just a short walk to the pool and hot tub so bring sandals or slippers, etc. Nice place, close to the hill and the bus route.
