In a quiet residence close to the beach and shops, F3 type apartment equipped for 4 people located on the 2nd floor.
It consists of an entrance, living room with TV and separate equipped kitchenette (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine) opening onto loggia (pleasant, open view), 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, bathroom, separate toilet. private parking in the residence.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).

Appartement très bien situé au calme avec parking

Cuisine sous équipée.(pas de four comme annoncé, pas de verres à vin, 3 flûtes à champagne. Appartement non chauffé à l'arrivée le soir. L'électricité a sauté lorsque nous avons mis les radiateurs en marche. Nous avons dû faire appel à l'agence qui est intervenue. Ampoule manquante non remplacée. Pas de housse de protection de matelas pour une chambre. Les portes des chambres ne ferment pas du tout. Propreté pas au top. Très bonne literie. Appartement très bien situé et calme avec place de parking privé.

Super emplacement

Super emplacement, place de parking (avantage très important sur collioure) et appartement relativement spacieux malgré ses seulement 45m2. Le seul bémol, la cuisine un peu vétuste et sous équipée.
