6AMB38 - Superb 3-stars villa renovated in 2025 in a residence with shared swimming pool and club house, in a quiet area about 1 km from the beaches and the town center, equipped for 6 people, with terraces, garden, private wifi and air conditioning.
the villa, on two levels, includes a large living room of 50 m2 with lounge, dining area and TV area opening onto the 23 m2 terrace with open views. The kitchen is separate and equipped with electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and extractor hood, a laundry room with washing machine and toilet completes level 1.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, with 160 cm queen beds, one of which has a desk and opens onto a small private terrace of 8 m2. A bathroom and a shower room, separate toilet.
you can relax around the collective swimming pool of the residence 50 m away with its equipped club house (table football, table tennis) and a panoramic view of Collioure. Free parking in the residence.
