Atlantic`s Gateway Local Lodge

New, modern apartment, fully furnished and equipped.
With 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
Equipped with: TV, stove, oven, fridge, electric water heater, dryer, washing machine, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave, ironing board, crockery, cutlery and pans, etc. Also includes linens, towels and beach towels. With water, light, gas, cable tv, internet + wifi.
With everything needed for a stay in total comfort, well located, in a quiet area and with easy parking at the door. Situated in Arrifes, Ponta Delgada municipality.
By car, it is 2 minutes from the health center, pharmacy, post office, gas station, restaurants, cafes, butcher, banks and commerce in general; 3 minutes from the airport and the Atlantic Park; 4 minutes from the center of Ponta Delgada.
On foot, it is 2 minutes from Casa Cheia supermarket (which includes bakery, butcher and take away).
Daily rate is 38 EUR / day / couple (2 people in low season)

For each extra person (in addition to the 2 mentioned) adds 10 € / day.

At daily value, it adds 15-25 euros / day for the high season months.

Upon request, it is always possible to provide other solutions and alternatives for other needs in terms of capacity, length of stay or daily value.

The property is infested with cockroaches and flies

I paid 28 days because of the infestation and the owner never replied to my complaints, I had to leave after ten days because the infestation the property is full of mold which is unhealthy. I would expect to be reimbursed of my money. I’m very disappointed

Schöne und preiswerte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und verfügt wie beschrieben über ein Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genossen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in 2 - 3 Minuten fahrt zu erreichen, der Flughafen ist 5 Minuten entfernt.

Nice and clean apartment and very helpful owner... The only thing that was not there we were expecting are fans. There was only one small one but was not enough. We had windows open at night for air as a result kids & wife end up being bitten by mosquitoes. I think a couple fans and the place would be perfect :) But overall I highly recommend the place

The week spent in São Miguel was amazing and was made even more amazing staying at the atlântica gateway. The owners were amazing and very accommodating and after a bit of confusion with double booking they offered us a bigger unit at the same price and they got it ready for us right away! It was cozy and totally felt like home away from home. I will most certainly recommend to all my triends and family and we will stay again thank you to the both of you for making our week in São Miguel magical

The thing is that our check out is until 11am and as you arrived very early we wanted you to get a good rest and enter right away. You deserved it and your child after that long trip. O Sr. Lupércio desde o início que se mostrou disponível para nos prestar o melhor serviço possível, desde a preparação da chegada, passando pelas dicas dos locais a visitar, até ao momento do check out, foi um anfitrião incrível. O alojamento é de grande qualidade, moderno e com todas as comodidades - incluindo TV por Cabo e Net, equipamentos e utensílios necessários para uma estada sem preocupações, é como estar em casa, fora de casa. A localização é muito boa, a cerca de 5 minutos de carro do aeroporto e da baixa de Ponta Delgada. Além disto, está muito próxima dos principais acessos para quem vai explorar os diversos locais da Ilha. De referir ainda, que a cerca de 500m têm um Hipermercado Modelo com tudo o que possam necessitar caso queiram utilizar a cozinha do apartamento para as refeições ou apenas para fazer o pequeno almoço. Sem duvida que será o alojamento de eleição quando voltar a esta ilha fantástica. Obrigado ao Sr. Lupércio por toda a sua atenção, e até breve...

L’ appartamento ha tutti i confort per un buon soggiorno, anche la posizione è buona per gli spostamenti in macchina, unica nota non positiva è l’insonorizzazione, si sentono le persone sopra, ma soprattutto si sentono molto i rumori provenienti da fuori, essondoci una casa in costruzione alle 7.30 si sentiva già la ruspa.

Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Reaktion war immer schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass sie sehr daran interessiert waren, dass wir einen schönen Aufenthalt haben. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für eine Ferienwohnung braucht. Super ausgestattet sogar mit Balkon und Badewanne. Ist insgesamt ansprechend eingerichtet, groß und sehr sauber. Gerne wieder, wenn wir nochmal auf die Azoren fliegen :) Renters are very friendly, were answering very fast and always ready to help. They were really interested in giving us a nice stay. The apartment has everything you need during your holiday. It's well equipped even with balcony and bathtub. It's a beautiful apartment, big and very clean. If we come back, we would love to rent it again :)

No estuvimos en el apartamento de las fotos, nos mandó a otro y éste estaba bien pero la.decoración un poco desfasada. Las almohadas muy duras. Por lo demás está cerca de Ponta Dlegada en coche, a unos 10 minutos.
