Very dissatisfied

Address was incorrect.We were not told that the apt was on a high 2nd floor without elevator.we were not told that there was no hot water until late morning and when it came it was a dribble not enough to shampoo your hair.The neighbor next door had 2 dogs that constantly barked day and night. We couldn’t sleep at night
