Beautiful bright studio classified 3 stars, 30m² on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a secure luxury residence with caretaker and videophone.
The apartment has been completely renovated with care and with quality products.
He understands :
- a main room of around 20m² (laminate floor) with sea view (side view of the beach and front view of ferry departures / arrivals) equipped with a 140x190 bed (slatted base mounted on ball joints and latex mattresses very comfortable) with a 2.40x2.60 duvet, a walk-in wardrobe, a 2-seater sofa, a table and 3 armchairs, a flat screen HD TV with DVD player.
- a fitted and equipped independent kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender, chopper, electric mixer, storage, dishes, everything you need for cooking) ).
- a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, mirror, toilet, towel radiator, hairdryer.

Impeccable Belle invitation au voyage

L’appartement est lumineux,bien équipé, décoration et propreté sont au RDVOUS. Excellent emplacement plage et centre ville..En regardant par la fenêtre une invitation aux voyages les ferries deviennent des navires au long cours.Tout cela serait deja une tres bonne raison de séjourner chez JPierre et Sabine ,Mais grace à leur accueil chaleureux et personnalisé (ils s’enquierent en amont de nos besoins et intérêts et ils y répondent ) cela devient un incontournable à Calais. Et évidemment une tres belle région. A découvrir ou re-découvrir. Ce sera un excellent souvenir

Wonderful Calais Experience

This apartment is in a great location, about a block from the beach, and just a few steps to the bus stop. All the bus lines in Calais are free and run frequently, so one can see the city by just stepping on and off without any cost or hassle, so going to sites and different restaurants was very easy. Our hosts were lovely and we were very comfortable in this nice apartment.

geweldig panorama uitzicht

precies wat we graag wilden! uitzicht op de ferries die doorgaand aankomen en vertrekken. het appartement is mooi helder opgeknapt, voorzien van alles, en vlakbij de totaal vernieuwde strandboulevard. heerlijk voor een lekker weekend!!

TOP Lage am Hafen und Strand

Die nähere Umgebung ist völlig neu und hervorragend gestaltet, vorzügliche neue Sportanlagen für jeden Geschmack und auch sehr gut für Kinder jeden Alters. Hinzu kommt das sehr schön gärtnerisch gestaltete Stadtbild. Calais hat in den letzten Jahren einen wahren Image-Schub geschafft. Ich wahr angenehm überrascht. Das Appartement ist perfekt für maximal zwei Personen.

Sehr sehr schönen Ort

Das Zimmer war groß genug für zwei Personen, die Küche war sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit mit Tipps rund um Calais. Der Strand von Calais ist sehr schön für einen morgendlichen Spaziergang

Immeuble très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage et tout proche du centre ville. Stationnement aisé (parking résidence). L'appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel. L'accueil est très bien. Très bonne impression générale

Perfekte Lage an Strand und Stadt, liebevoll eingerichtet und freundlich

Die Kommunikation klappte gut, da Sabine Englisch spricht. Beide Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir erhielten von Sabine wertvolle Tips, die wir nutzten. Das Apartement befindet sich in einem sauberen großen Haus im ersten Stock, es gibt einen Lift, die Flure werden täglich gereinigt. Die Mitbewohner sind freundlich. Man hat Meer und Hafenblick. Die Sonne steht nur morgens auf den großen Fenstern, so dass es nicht zu heiß wird. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig für zwei Personen- eventuell noch für ein Kleinkind, eingerichtet, neu und ansprechend. Die Fährschiffe tags und nachts die entsprechenden Geräusche- was wir aber liebten. Der Strand ist perfekt, er ist breit und sauber, man läuft wenige Minuten. Bäcker und Apotheke direkt nebenan. Wir waren 10 Tage da und können das Apartement sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist super modern eingerichtet und sehr sehr sauber! Der Ausblick ist super und man kommt zu Fuß in die Innenstadt von Calais wo man sowohl sehr schön essen, als auch Sightseeing machen kann. Der wunderschöne Strand ist ebenfalls nur 1 min zu Fuß entfernt und auch dort kann man sich toll mal hinsetzten und was essen und trinken. Wer interessiert an der Geschichte des zweiten Weltkriegs ist, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig. Wir waren in Calais und der Umgebung in 3 Museen und haben sehr viele Bunker und andere Überbleibsel entdecken können. Wir sind sehr begeistert und empfehlen sowohl die Ferienwohnung, als auch die Stadt Calais, weiter.

Super clean, modern apartment in a great location.

I stayed at Sabine and Jean Pierre’s charming apartment for four weeks in January/February 2019. They were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand for any queries. The apartment is lovely. Super clean, modern and stylish with full width windows overlooking the port which provided an everchaging scene as the ships came and went. It is situated in an apartment block which is only a five minute walk from the wonderful Calais beach. The Calais beach front has been recently regenerated and is really smart and visitor friendly, with beachfront takeaways selling the most delicious fries! Calais itself has many interesting tourist venues and is also close enough for day trips to Lille or Bruges. I would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return someday!

Superb apartment and location, which would be very hard to equal.

We stayed here for seven weeks during July and August 2018. Superb location just opposite the ferry port and the all new constructed beach area and promanade. Good local bars and restaurants adjacent to the apartment block. It's only a short walk into the historic old part of Calais where many more good restaurants exist as well as some quality shops and live entertainment. The apartment itself can only be described as superb, it had the feeling of being brand new, superbly equipped with most appliances still boxed. It fely like we a we're the first people ever to use it. The windows are north facing so the only sun is early morning and therefore the apartment stayed nice and cool even in the hottest weather when we had temperatures of over 30 degrees. The whole wall is also of tilt and open windows so it can be opened up for a very airy feel. The owners Mr & Mrs Fontaine were extremely welcoming and helpful. We cannot recommend this apartment enough as a base for either just chilling out on the beach or exploring both Calais itself as well as the surrounding areas, all of which are steeped in history. We believe it would be impossible to find such a nice apartment anywhere else in Calais! John & Jane Myers

Très belle location à tous points de Vue...

Très joli studio pour deux personnes, très bien agencé, bien situé au 1er étage dans belle résidence près de la plage et face au fascinant spectacle des ferries entrant et sortant du port. Mr et Mme Fontaine sont charmants et sont aux petits soins avec leurs locataires. Un jus de pomme artisanal et des gaufres régionales vous attendent en guise de bienvenue. Excellent séjour. Venez les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu !

Ever Changing View

Unit compact, clean & tidy, had everything. Owners only too willing to assist and very friendly. Close to all amenities, within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and waterfront. Panoramic view of water front from unit, with the ever changing scene of ferries coming and going. Enjoyable stay.

Face au Port Voyageurs de CALAIS : studio de 30 m merveilleusement aménagé.

Félicitations à Monsieur et Madame FONTAINE JP d'avoir réussi un tel aménagement. Pas de place de perdue, tout est bien amménagé et très très propre. Nous reviendrons lors d'un passage en famille.

Guter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge, sehr nah am Strand

Hübsches, gut ausgestattetes Apartement mit Aussicht auf die Fähranleger. Der Strand ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
