About this property
House seaside Brittany / guidel.
Charming house renovated (old farmhouse) of more than 100m2 800 meters from beaches, 2km from restaurants and 5km from the village of guidel.
Our house includes:
Ground floor: garage, wc, fitted and equipped kitchen open to living / dining room, 1 double bedroom (160 × 200) with shower room.
On the first floor: 1 double bedroom (140x190 and umbrella bed), 1 further bedroom with two single beds and a single extra bed, mezzanine with reading area, toilet and shower room.
Outside: closed garden with possibility to park two cars, table, living room, barbecue, shower for the return of the beach.
Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, radio, television, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, stroller, etc.
Bikes available as a great bike path along the coast, ideal family vacation, surfing spot, diving and various activities seaside ... golf ploemeur 5min and queven 15min.
A deposit of 1000 will be requested upon arrival.
