About this property

This home is a three bedroom, four bathroom beach house that was renovated in 2021. All 3 bedrooms have an attached ensuite bathroom and patio access.

All bedrooms and lounge have a view of the ocean where beautiful sunrises and moon rises take place as well as sunsets over the savanna. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, and laundry. Large patios will help you enjoy the views.

On the ground floor, enjoy the breezeway and lounge (with a Queen sized bed and futon) for older children or those wanting a bit more separation. This room has a separate entrance and access to a half bath and outdoor shower. Please note that it is not accessible from inside the main house.

Our manager is on duty to help you plan your adventures, help with your groceries, or arrange to bring in a cook.

Belize 2024

Amazing property. Very kind caretakers. Always checked in to make sure we were okay. Love Hopkins. Ice maker gets a 5 star rating alone!!! AC another real bonus. Play pen though has not mattress so recommend that be taken care of. We had a one year old with us and had to come up with a cushion for the play pen. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Beachfront Belize

My wife and I enjoyed a week at this wonderful home the end of February. Although it was just the 2 of us, the house could easily accommodate 3 couples with children. All the bedrooms have ensuite baths and private outdoor access. The kitchen is well equipped and we used it daily. The carribean is about 100 feet from the house while was great. (Don't take the dark sand dollars) We tried to think of something to mention that this home needs, but drew a blank. I can recommend staying here to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful upscale stay in Belize Say ji to Daniel for me.

Nice stay

Plenty of room for 9. Staff was great. Had new washing machine installed our first day. Had mostly windy and rainy days. Golf carts recommend. Roads near the house are really bumpy/muddy with rain. Bring protection for no-see-ums and sand fleas.

We are the Huillery family from Alberta, Canada. Our children are 15 years old and they absolutely love Belize. As we cannot be at our beach home full time, we love being able to share this piece of paradise, and support the local economy in Hopkins.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the village of Hopkins. We aren't great beach vacationers as we get restless after a few days. Hopkins allows us the best of everything: beach, jungle, river and all sorts of adventures. It is also a short boat ride from the cayes where you can experience amazing snorkeling. The people are friendly, the food is delicious and there is always fun to be had.

What makes this property unique

Our property manager has lived in Hopkins for 15 years and been involved in the tourism industry for the entirety of their careers in Belize. As guest service manager and general manager Mary will be able to give you the advice and assistance to make your vacation a dream vacation.
