LOCATION
The property, facing the south and overlooking the sea, sits on a plot adjacent to Can Tapera forest, in a quiet and natural environment. In the vicinity are Marivent (summer residence of the kings), the marina of Cala Nova (150 m) and the Club de Mar, Nautico de Palma and Portals (all in reach of 3 to 5 km.), Golf Bendinat (1 km), Son Vida, Son Muntaner and Son Quint (3 to 4 Km).
The historic town is 5 minutes by car, by bus (bus stops for lines 3, 20 and 4 from the municipal network are just 100 and 150 m away)
The nearest beaches are Cala Nova (150 m), Calamayor (170 m), bouganvillia (250 m) while 3 of Illetas are within 2 km (bus line 3 reaches them)
The closest commercial and day and night entertainment areas just 200m away, while the two most important in Palma are at a distance of 3 and 4 km (Paseo Maritimo in Palma and Portals)
All services offered by the city (doctors, all kinds of shops, restaurants ..) can be found within 200 m. outpatient and Social Security and the sports center
The uniqueness of the situation, is the strength of the house, making the stay suitable for both the classic beach holiday and the cultural city break or playing golf and sailing. It also makes unnecessary the use for private car.

CONNECTIONS
The start of the ring road of the city (connecting all exits of the entire network of roads that converge in Palma from the rest of the island) is located 200m. At the same distance is the access to Calvia-Andratx motorway. 150 m. away is the road along the coast that runs from Palma through St. Agustin, Bendinat, Portals, Palmanova, Santa Ponsa. Parallel to the road is a pedestrian promenade and bikeway.

DISTRIBUTION OF THE HOUSE
It consists of three areas: internal (170 m), terraces (100 m) and garden (200m)
The inner area consists of ground floor, open to the various areas of the terrace and garden. It consists of a room with kitchen and eat-in kitchen, living room with fireplace, laundry and bathroom with glazed stoneware with elements of Majorcan craftsmanship. Upstairs are three bedrooms plus a usable multipurpose room with terrace which can be used as an extra bedroom, an ivory marble bathroom in contemporary style. All rooms have one or two windows overlooking the sea or garden.
The terrace is divided into three areas: clhill out, outdoor dining and barbecue
The garden combines Japanese design with shrubs and fruit trees of Mediterranean type. It has outdoor shower area.

Lovely setting
A great villa set amongst a lovely garden. A short walk up from the main coast road in Cala Major (there are steps though), the villa has plenty of space to accommodate a large group with plenty of communal areas to relax and eat. Communication with the hosts was easy and there was flexibility around arrival and departure times. The villa is adequately equipped, there is a supermarket close by plus plenty of eating out options in the area. Price wise this is a good choice and I would recommend it.

Beautiful Villa! Perfect for a relaxing week away
We were three coworkers enjoying the villa for a week of mobile office and it was perfect! Lots of room for us each to work in peace and quiet, indoors or outdoors. Incredible garden was tranquil and there was always a sunny spot to enjoy some down time as well. Close to a supermarket, nice local bars and restaurants, easy bus access to Palma or to other beaches. We recommended it to everyone we work with and will surely come again!

Lovely old-world charm, relaxing stay
This lovely villa and grounds were perfect for our first European trip with our 15 and 9 year old daughters. We were welcomed by our warm and kind host who met us at the gate and carefully walked us through, showing us everything and making sure we were comfortable. The girls were thrilled with having their own rooms and the AC in the bedrooms and upper family room were a nice respite from the summer heat, though our teen often siesta'd in the shaded hammock and given the locked gate and privacy we were happy to let her do so. The villa is true to the descriptions and pictures, with nice remodeled bathrooms. The stairs creak a bit but that was part of the charm for us. Great location from which we explored the beaches, sights, and yummy neigborhood food. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed and knowing our girls got memories of Mallorca to last a lifetime. I am so glad we chose this villa instead of staying in a hotel. The amenities, location, wonderful host, and grounds added up to a unique and memorable home base for our stay.

Pleasant and convenient house with character
Our host, Ginebra, is a very nice lady who is ready to help as needed with any questions about the house or the neighborhood without being obtrusive. The house is a cute older house (maybe more than 100 years old) that has had some nice upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen. The bedrooms all have their own AC unit that works nicely to cool the room each one occupies. There are some very nice views from the upstairs balcony and the roof top deck. The beds and sheets were comfortable and clean. The garden and outside eating and sitting areas are lush and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local neighborhood and the two beaches within walking distance. There is a concern about petty theft in the neighborhood so be sure to not leave any valuables in sight. We had a rental car so we were thankful that a single car locked garage was available for us to use. We had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to stay here again upon returning to Palma.
