This is the 2nd Floor Condo - more private than the 2nd floor - less steps than the 3rd floor!

The beach and location was absolutely fabulous. The view from 2nd floor is partially obstructed by palm trees, still beautiful, but the roof deck has amazing panoramic views. The unit washer and dryer did not work, but the host was very responsive and accommodating about this. A few suggestions would make this a true 5 place. Lack of dishwasher was a bummer. The cookware is heavily damaged with scratched teflon. Kitchen and bathrooms could have better starter supplies/basics, bath rugs. The master bedroom could really use a king size bed and better quality mattress, and all the bedding needs an upgrade. More area rugs to keep floors clean and to trap sand would be a great addition. Additional comfortable seating on the balcony with tables for drinks would also be a nice addition. Overall it was a beautiful vacation spot and we loved our holiday in Rincon!

Favorite spot

This place is all about location!! Could not have designed a better spot on the beach for a condo. 2nd time we have stayed in this condo building. Very clean and beautiful. Felt very safe in a very cute neighborhood.

Great get away

We loved the location of this stay. Close to everything and owner was responsive when we were in communication. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax in a beautiful spot. It was clean and included everything we needed.

Annual February vacation

We have been coming to Sandy Beach for many years. We love this location and the accommodations. The second floor has been newly remodeled and is very nice. Always enjoy our time here

We had a great stay here. The condo has everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch….plenty of restaraunts for dinner in the area too. the beach was beautiful, and it was great to be next door to rentals for surf boards and beach chairs. I left a small camera part there ant the owner graciously mailed it back to me. Would definitely stay again

We love Larry's place! It's a beautiful space with all the amenities. The air conditioner in the living room is a plus (the other units do not have it). We've stayed three times in Larry's unit and will come back!

The property is excellent in all respects - location, cleanliness, appliances etc. Beach at the front and nice restaurants down the street. Larry was more than responsive in communicating with us and getting things done. We will be back.

Beach oasis

This apartment is gorgeous!!!!! Super clean, modern and literally right on the beach! The only thing it's missing is it's own beach chairs. Location is fabulous and within walking distance to some great places to eat and drink. Especially Tamboo! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Owner was responsible since and wztremely courteous when needed!!! Highly recommend!

Perfect rental! Modern, clean, comfy! Amazing oceanfront view! Location was perfect: wake up on the beach, quick walks to coffee spots, restaurants and bars. Second floor was perfect for privacy. Easy flight down to the beach, easy flight up to the rooftop! We have stayed in Rincon many times through the years, and this is our favorite rental! Communication was Lawerence was easy and fast. Hands down, we would rent this spot again!

Awesome place right on the water

This place is great. Took my wife and sons (18,16 and12) to PR for a week and spent the first 5 nights at this condo in Rincon. Sandy Beach is beautiful and there is lots to do in/near Rincon (go to the Gonzalandia waterfalls in San Sebastian less than an hour away). The views from the condo are spectacular. The place is well accommodate. The only issue was the box that held the key was very difficult to open (took about 10 minutes). Other than that, you couldn't pick a better place. We will definitely come back.

Never Disappoints!

This is our 2nd time in Larry's condo. The first time was before the reno. The place was nice before and even better now! The best part is the air conditioner in the living room. That normally would not be an issue for us (the breezes are great when the door and windows are open), but we had another guest this time who slept on a spare bed in the living room and the a/c was great for him at night. We love the area and have probably stayed in Sandy Beach about 12 times! I would recommend the beach at Little Malibu--it's a super fun vibe and a nice place to swim. Of course, the beach right out front is great too! A couple of small suggestions though...there were some items that the condo was lacking--tongs (was an issue when it came to grilling, so we borrowed from the owners upstairs), baking pans (had to buy foil ones at the Econo for when we cooked at home), tall glasses, & towel hooks in the hallway bathroom. Obviously easily solved. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about this property...except the beds. I know it's an adjustment when you leave home and stay elsewhere but these beds were very uncomfortable. I decided I would try the bottom bunk bed since that was a spare bedroom for us that wasn't being used. The bottom mattress had one of those annoying plastic covers on it we found for good reason...there was a huge stain on the mattress that was pretty nasty looking. It a shame because we really liked this property quite a lot. The roof top deck is amazing with a bonus restroom so that you don't have to go back to your apartment. We met the 3rd floor owners who were very nice and the 1st. floor was being rented by 2 other families whose children provided us entertainment. We like being right on Sandy beach and in that area which is great for walking to Tamboo, Kahuna Burger Bar and other small local restaurants. It has a great vibe and we enjoy it a l lot ! This is a very nice place in a great neighborhood. If I could only bring my bed ! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Perfect location & beautiful remodel!

Larry is a great host! He was quick to answer messages (literally immediately after I sent it) and very helpful. The condo remodel is beautiful and you can’t beat the location! It is very close to many of the different restaurants and beaches that Rincon has to offer. Do be mindful if considering renting this property that it is bare bones and lacks a lot of basic necessities which is very inconvenient if you are traveling from afar to stay for a week. For example, there is an oven but no baking sheets to bake anything. There is an iron but no ironing board. There isn’t a dishwasher or a drying rack which makes cleaning dishes difficult. One of the “amenities” listed is beach chairs but there was only one single child sized beach chair provided. We did however purchase 3 of our own and left them at the condo (you’re welcome future renters). The cooler provided is a throw away styrofoam cooler which isn’t very useful with Rincon’s high temperatures. All in all, the beach front property is very nice and was spacious enough for my family of 6 but I wish it was better equipped to accommodate longer stays
