Beautiful Master’s rental~conveniently located to Augusta National~Pool &Hot Tub

Come enjoy our beautiful, fully furnished, home located in beautiful Riverwood. Daily turndown service included. This home features 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a screened in porch, and a fabulous heated pool with spillover hot tub (there is a flat rate Pool Heating fee per stay that is already built into your total. If you do not want to use the pool/do not want the pool heated, please let me know at booking and $500 will be removed from your total bill). This is a split bedroom plan with the owner’s suite and additional bed and bath on the main level, plus the 3rd bedroom and 4th bedroom/bonus room and full bath upstairs. The home is fully equipped, with HDTVs in each bedroom as well as the living room. The kitchen is full equipped for all your cooking needs. This home is in a prime location, with walking trails and home to the award winning Champions Retreat Golf Course. Located only 13 miles from Augusta National, it’s an easy drive to the Master’s tournament.

The bedroom layout is as follows:
Main Level:
1. Primary bedroom- King bed w/ attached primary bath w/ soaking tub and separate shower
2. Bedroom- Queen bed and hallway access to full bathroom (tub/shower combo).
Upstairs:
3. Bedroom- Queen bed w/ attached bathroom (tub/shower combo)
4. Bedroom/Rec Room- Queen pull-out sofa bed with 2 inch gel foam mattress topper, with hallway access to bathroom 3.

The main level features a spacious open concept. A large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas cook top and oven, built in microwave, and two icemakers, perfect for cooking up your favorite meal. Dining space is available in the breakfast nook and in the formal dining room which seat 6 and 10 respectively. The living room is spacious with a gas fireplace and great views of the backyard oasis.
Outside is a furnished screened in porch with ceiling fan, overlooking the pool and hot tub. Outdoor patio features comfortable seating and a gas fire table. There is also a gas grill for your entertaining needs. There are two separate AC units for the upstairs and downstairs living areas.

Great house.

Very nice modern house. Clean and well equipped. Excellent daily cleaning/turn down service. Host immediately attentive to anything needed. Great pool and hot tub. Quiet residential neighborhood. Very easy 15 minute drive to Augusta and the Masters. A wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic Home For Masters Week

This home was very comfortable with so many amenities! We loved relaxing in the pool, hot tub, bonus room and screened-in porch. It is in a lovely neighborhood with walking trails and the surrounding community has much to offer. It was perfect for our family as we took turns going to the Masters. It was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed having the cleaning service while we were there. Rachel was attentive to every detail and she was easy to communicate with. We were extremely pleased.

Comfort and Beautiful

Hi, We had eight adults staying at this beautiful home home. All the comforts of home times two. The pool and hot tub were very nice we enjoyed a swim and hot tub every day. I would highly recommend staying with Nichol. The bedrooms, kitchen and coffee bar were very nice as well.

Perfect Masters Week House

What a week! Rachel was great to work with. The home was welcoming, clean, and a perfect spot for Masters week. We had an incredible time at the Masters and certainly checked that off the bucket list! If you are looking for the perfect house to enjoy your time away, I highly recommend this one!

This is our year round home. We moved here, from Maryland in the Summer of 2019 and we couldn’t be happier. We love the weather and the friendly neighborhood. We hope you will respect our home, while you enjoy your visit for the Master’s tournament.

Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful and safe neighborhood. We have the best neighbors and we love the convenience of having a Publix shopping plaza in the neighborhood that we can easily get to in the golf cart. There is also a McDonalds and Wendy’s in golf cart distance and three restaurants: Ironwood Tavern, Smoke and Barrels, and Mi Rancho. This is the perfect location.

What makes this property unique

Our backyard is highly desirable with a gas grill, Blackstone grill, pool, hot tub, with an outdoor patio and fire table, as well as a screened in back porch with a TV for watching the Master’s tournament.
